They listened to the issue before the job, quoted a fair price that they met even after finding additional damage, and kept me informed throughout the process. Had a pipe break when we opened the valve to our outside hose line and had water in a finished basement room and under the stairs in the crawl space. Made a call and spoke to Latoya of UWRG, who was kind and professional as she got all the details and scheduled a tech to come to my home right away. About an hour later, UWRG’s tech (James) arrived to assess the damage and detail the step-by-step process of what he’d be doing to take care of the mess and get us back to normal. He kept me informed each step of the way, returning to take readings and chart progress. Within a couple of days, the work was complete, and we’re very satisfied with the job done. During an emergency like this, you want a company that can provide a speedy response, good communication, the ability to tailor the work to your specific needs and most importantly, effective remediation, and that’s what we got. Special kudos to James who provided outstanding customer service and was a pleasure to work with during a very stressful experience. I hope we never need UWRG’s services again, but if we do, I know who to call.
