Our basement flooded for the first time recently, and we needed someone pretty immediately. Despite an influx of calls due to recent storms, Kraus Restoration was able to get to us (and get our basement drying out), within hours. Without their swift action, we certainly would have lost more. Anthony and Alex were very helpful and explained everything they were doing, so that there were no surprises. Thank you so much!

By far the WORST company to work with. Not only did they discard priceless items when specifically asked not to. After a month of the “working” and drying out my house, I found 100% moisture in some of the affected areas. Tony tried making excuses; however, I had another company come out and confirm that there was still unacceptable amount of moisture in the house and there was mold building up inside the wall. Kraus does sub par work, cuts corners, and when confronted he just denies it saying “that’s impossible”. I was displaced for a month and Kraus was the reason for the delay. I asked for compensation for the items they discarded and, like children, did not bother to respond. I would never recommend this company nor Bertolli Plumbing because they are the ones who recommended them. If you had work done already from them, I’d make sure to get a second opinion. They billed my insurance over $20k for doing nothing because the new company had to rip out the drywall and subfloor to dry it.

We came home to find a waterline burst in our refrigerator with flooding and ceiling collapse in our basement. Kraus Responded to our call immediately and performed the remediation quickly and professionally. Anthony was quick to reassure us and answered all of our questions in detail. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of work.

We returned from vacation to find our basement flooded with a major leak in the hose connecting our washing machine. Kraus came promptly, removed the water, thoroughly dried the area with large heaters, dehumidifiers and fans and applied mold preventative. Lisa and Neil were especially helpful during the process. Hopefully you wont experience this, but if you do, call Kraus Restoration. You won’t be disappointed!

Adam and Alex were amazing. They cleaned up the aftermath of a sewage spill and were so friendly. They will always have my business if the need ever arises in the future. We are very thankful for our plumber, Frankie Cleveland Jr. from Frank’s Plumbing Shop, for recommending Neil Taveras from Kraus Restoration for our water damage cleanup. We are very pleased with Neil’s professionalism and knowledge of his job.
