We bought a house in Rolla that needed deep carpet cleaning, over 1,200 SF. We can’t afford to replace it so we wanted to see if we could salvage it. I had my doubts they could pull off a miracle. It is 14 years old, and am thinking it was never cleaned, heavily tracked with dirt, food stains, pet hair & pet accidents, especially the stairs. Tom and Mike were VERY professional, friendly, explained the process steps, answered all my questions, kept in constant communication while working and delivered outstanding results in <4 hours! I could have never gotten it that clean with my home carpet cleaner. Thank you guys, you saved us thousands of dollars! The overall experience was great from the start. Lisa, who booked the job, Jess from billing and one more very helpful woman I called before the appointment to confirm (sorry, I can't remember your name). Still being out of State and coordinating this and many other needed fixes before moving in is very stressful. Everyone at ServPro made it so easy! I highly recommend them for your cleaning needs. Never sign a ServPro contract without having a lawyer look at it first. These guys showed up quickly to clean up water and dry a room. They went far beyond what they were asked to do and left us hanging for weeks when our house was on the market.We had to hire another contractor to repair the damage they did. Then they sent a huge bill with no intention of competing repairs. Our insurance had to pay. These guy are horrible and I suggest everyone steer clear of them. A friend actually warned about them, but we didn’t listen because we were in a bind. I’d give them minus 10 stars, but that is not an option.

Alvin came to MT Elementary to clean our stage curtains, he did an absolutely wonderful job. He was very polite and punctual. He even rescued pur curtains were they had fallen down. Witch wasent a part of the bid. He went above and beyond to take care of our school! And it is appreciated. Highly recommend

March 7th, 2024, I discovered a water leak in my apartment. After contacting the Manager of Park Place Apartments, Mikal immediately notified Servpro Cleaning and Restoration. Within 45 minutes Seth Schmidt and his Assistant Mike were at my apartment assessing the damage. They immediately began working to remove water followed by spraying Anti Microbial solution to prevent contamination or possible mold. They also brought 3 large fans starting the drying process. Friday, after office was closed, I was able to reach Kimberly with a further concern and she immediately assured me it would be addressed and it was. Each day someone from Servpro was here at my apartment assessing the situation. Sunday, March 10th, 9:00 a.m., Guy Stevenson came and after testing for moisture was able remove all of the equipment. Monday, March 11th, Steth Schmidt, Project Manager and Mike returned for final assessment. Thank each and everyone at Servpro, Dalton Crum, District Manager, Kimberly, Erica, Seth Schmidt, Mike and Guy for your professional, prompt, courteous, patient, kind and compassionate care and overall concern regarding a safe and healthy residence for me.
