The water mitigation team was wonderful. They came out quickly to locate the problem and start getting rid of the water. They left the vans and dehumidifiers running for a few days. They came out once a day to take readings on the dampness of the kitchen. They gave us updates on the status of the process. They always answered our questions. Now waiting for the construction team to come out.

I manage rental properties and when we noticed mold in the crawl space of an old house I called Serv Pro to meet me at the house. Ezra met me at the house and he was not hesitant to crawl under the house and inspect it. He told me it was going to be a big job with a rough estimate. The property owner decided to go in a different direction. I couldn’t get the job for Serv Pro but I still appreciate how quickly they responded and how well Ezra did his job.

Justin Krause and his team did excellent work in diagnosing and repairing the separated kitchen floor boards. The work was done in a timely manner. The expertise of the entire team was exemplary. We are so grateful for the outstanding outcome of our beautiful flooring. Great job, guys!!!
