I reached out to Tony about getting my carpets cleaned. I didn’t expect how willing they were to work on MY schedule. I work from home and couldn’t really have vacuums in the background while I work. Their crew came on a Sunday afternoon to help me out. Top notch service, top notch work, top notch people. Anything I need done that Tony and his crew can handle, they will be my first call.

Tony and his crew were very responsive and did a great job with the water mitigation and restoration of one our bedrooms when we had a pipe burst in the ceiling. They worked with our insurance company and communicated well during the entire process. I would highly recommend them.

I heartily agree with all the other extremely satisfied customers whose reviews appear here! We had significant water damage from an upstairs bathroom into the ceiling and walls below. Tony and his crew are prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and EXTREMELY kind and patient. His staff is quite talented in addition to being polite and respectful. The whole team stayed in close contact with both me and my neighbor who was helping out while I was at work. Tony made it a point to check in with me to make sure I was satisfied and to answer questions. I can’t say that anyone would look forward to needing a water mitigation service– but, at the very least, I can heartily endorse Roeun’s Restoration. They work tirelessly to the highest standard and are extremely good people.

My husband and I were very pleased with the overall work of Tony and his team. We had sewage water leaking in our basement and within an hour of the initial phone call Tony was at our house beginning the mitigation late in the evening. We were very impressed with his responsiveness, communication, kindness, and the work overall. He has a great understanding of navigating insurance claims related to his work and a great advocate for our best interest. Overall we felt very lucky to have found Tony and his team and would definitely recommend Roeun’s Restoration and Cleaning, LLC to anyone we know!

Roeun’s came to inspect are area when our water heater sprung a leak. By the time we identified that we had a leak we already had mold. Workers explained what they thought needed to be done and answered all our questions. They were very respectful and wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this company to others. If we have water and/or mold issues in the future in the future, this is who we would call.

We had mold and no idea on what to do about it. With Tony he responded and got things going to where he professionally and in a very knowledgeable manner helped us through the crisis in a way that dealt with the entire problem and made for the poison taken out of our home and clean air, clean walls and no more mold in our basement. Others may say they can do the job, but Tony and his crew made it happen in a way that more than exceeded our expectations. He is passionate about making people’s homes safe not just closing a deal. He has a mission that is truly remarkable. Don’t just take my word for it call, evaluate and you too will find out. You will not be disappointed.

Tony and his team were life savers when our home had severe water damage across the kitchen, dining and living room. He was very quick to respond and take action on a big job. Roeun’s Restoration ended up doing not only the water damage clean up (& removal of damaged cabinets, carpet & flooring), but also our sheetrock repair/mold cleanup, paint, trim replacement, and duct cleaning. Tony’s communication was fantastic and he always kept me up to date on the status of our home over weeks of repairs. I cannot recommend this company enough!!
