Jeff was amazing to work with, we had some water damage to a bedroom with mold issues and he was very knowledgeable and patient with me as a first time homeowner. Very personable and very reasonable. I hope I don’t ever have to find a restoration specialist again but in the event that I do, Jeff will be my first call.

I had hail and wind damage to my roof, siding and gutters. I contacted Jeff on the recommendation of a friend. He came out and reviewed the damage with my insurance company and we hired First Response to do the job. The were very prompt, professional and friendly and did a great job. Would not hesitate to use them again!

Anthony came out right away late in the evening and worked to help mitigate the issue. We had a big leak from the top floor that went all the way to our basement. He explained the process, what to expect and worked with the insurance agent to help move the process along. We really appreciate your help. Highly recommend.

I had a pipe break in the middle of the night. I did a Google search and found First Response Restoration. I called them and they were at my home within an hour. I was very impressed how fast there arrival was. Jeff and his team explain to me how the claim works with my insurance company. They were spot on, I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Thank you for being there when I needed help.

When I called Jeff just after I discovered water in our finished basement, he was there within 2 hours assessing the problem. Within 3 days, he had cleaned up the mess, dried everything out, and hauled away the damaged materials. We live in a rural area and it can be hard to find quality contractors, but we got lucky with Jeff and First Response Restoration. Highly recommend.
