We had a pipe burst which caused a significant amount of water to enter the finished part of our basement. SI handled the clean-up/drying process, as well as repairing drywall, replacing insulation and flooring, and painting. Every step of the process was great. Robbie came out quickly to assess the situation and arranged for Curtis to come back later the same evening to start the drying process. Curtis was also great with diagnosing the damaged areas that needed to be removed. Larry was excellent in coordinating our repairs and answering questions along the way. The crew that did the work (Darlin M and his co-worker) were very thorough and polite. We were not sure what to expect from SI since it was an emergency and we did not have time to research the company in advance – we could not be happier with the quality of work and how professional and pleasant the team is.

Robbie, Jeff, and Laurie were all a pleasure to work with. This was my first time working with SI, and I look forward to doing so again. As contracting professional myself, I was extremely appreciative of their clear communication, ease of invoicing, and precise documentation of work that they performed. Of course the quality of services rendered was excellent as well.

My experience was overall great. Everyone was so kind and helpful and they did a great job on my repairs! My home feels brand new! Larry Smith was wonderful at communicating with me very thoroughly throughout the process and helping make sure I got everything I needed. Anuar and Miguel did excellent work with the repairs and renovations in my home and were very pleasant and kind every single day they were here!

So far I am very very pleased with that SI restoration. Curtis came out after hours on a Friday night to start the process because of a water leak that went from the third floor down to the basement. It messed up three ceilings and the floor and the main level. Extremely courteous knowledgeable and pleasant. He is a fantastic representation for the company. I only hope the rest of the job goes as smoothly as this past week has.

SI Restorations came through in a big way. We recently bought a house and the contractors did less than stellar work. Although the house passed inspection, it’s impossible to tell what’s hidden behind walls and underneath carpets. We are a military family and essentially closed the deal while overseas. Long story short. It rained pretty bad the other day in Baltimore and let’s just say the rain didn’t stay out of our basement. We called Ensor Plumbing and their team said it wasn’t a plumbing issue and recommended we contact SI Restorations. The team was awesome start to finish. Even with a 13 hour time difference we were able to get things rolling and the gentleman that did the work of drying up the basement and exposing the problem area did an incredible job!

I can’t say enough good things about the people over at SI Restoration. I’ve been dealing with Jeff on multiple projects in the past and he’s always been incredible to work with. Recently, I’ve need their service again and Charles and Christie have been phenomenal. They communicate great and let you know where everything stands in the project. I’ll continue to use and continue to recommend SI Restoration! Keep up the great work!

Never use them, they came and tried to dry out our basement and then realized it was a waste of time and charged us over $1500.00. They ended up pulling up our hardwood floors but they should have never charged us for drying out the basement since they had to pull up the floors and repeat the whole process. On top of that they’re taking us to court for the initial charges due to their stupidity.

Daquan Jones is superb with his customer service, listening to his clients needs and his expertise in knowing how to best handle an emergency situation. He offered his help in going above and beyond. Basement foundation leak remediation and offer restoration. His actions shows that he cares about the homeowners peace of mind. During this bad situation, He was prompt and always offered his serves at any time. Just call. Claire is always wonderful in taking my calls at any hour and getting a team out ASAP. She’s great at coordinating all aspects from beginning to the end. I also can’t say enough about Kelley Ryan and her wonderful and attentive customer service and communication.
