Absolutely a scam artist, Keith comes out doesn’t even look at anything and says you need 2 foot of your wall taken out, Tells me there’s mold, spores all over the furniture, didn’t even do the moisture reading initially until I asked and it was reading 17% to 21% which is totally normal ,then I say well let me schedule this with my insurance and see if they will cover it, knowing that’s not what I’m going to do, I just want them gone and he tries to tell me I’m at $650 just for them showing up, at that point, I was like a complete jerk and told them to get out. Kmiller just wants a 100% insurance payout, He will scam you and try and get unnecessary work done. Servpro came out Did a moisture reading, cut a small hole in multiple places and looked with cameras and said you just need to spray some mold killer from Lowe’s on it , It’s just surface From the small leak I had. But I went ahead and just let them do their application, cost me $300 + a $50 tip for being HONEST. I know this con artist is going to respond and try and say something to defend himself but let me tell you this dude is Through and through a Liar. Look at the review from Wendy, think of all the people who didn’t know what they were looking at and got scammed out of insurance money.

Keith and his crew was amazing. Showed up prepared and on time. Very professional and understanding. Him and his crew explained what they where using and doing. Answered all my questions and concerns. Was told by landlord they would be her at 9 and take at maybe 4 hours. Keith and his guys got to it and just finished the closet in less them 3. There is no sign of mold and educated me in how to be more proactive it. We would 100% recommend him for all your mold cleaning.

Our basement was flooded, we had mold all around. I had a sofa and some items that were down there and were damaged. I was so embarrassed, but Keith just made it so easy, do to his understanding of things that happened out of our control. He and his team came out, and clean so well, I didn’t even recognized my basement, what an impeccable job they did! This guys are amazing, outstanding in what they do, the best in my opinion. I’m so greatful we choose them for this help, I’m very, very, very greatful to Keith and his team. 💯💯🙏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

KMiller is all about the insurance payout. He tried to tear my entire basement apart for unnecessary charges. He asked my insurance company how much coverage I had. He would not give me an estimate while actually on-site doing the water removal . Made a sick joke that the job would pay for three of his Jamaican vacations. After getting a second opinion on my drywall that he was going to cut out, the 2nd opinion said it was dry and not needed to be removed. This is when I asked that they pack up, their part of the job was done. He charged me $4500 for 1500 sq feet of water removal and carpet removal. Total of 12 hours of physical labor and three days of using his fans and dehumidifier. He would not give me a receipt or file the paperwork my insurance requested. Nor would he return any phone calls to us or the insurance company. If his two employees that did the hard part of the job carting wet carpet out of the house read this, I will say they are amazing workers. I hope he pays you well. I would never hire him again.

Keith and his team are the best in the business. Professional through and through came out and removed mold from my crawl space and left it spotless. Keith takes the time to walk you through the process step by step. And then makes sure you are satisfied before they leave. Couldn’t recommend more.
