Darrel Save my life. I had black mood in my house and my assurance company denied me. I called Darrel and once he got on the job, everything went beautiful. When my hot water tank went out, there was water everywhere. This company just came right in and assured me they could take care of the problem and they did. Darrell was so professional and he made sure that it would not cause any future problems with mold or anything of that nature. It’s hard to find good quality service in this day and time. I really appreciate the care and service that I was shown.

Verified customer: My family suffered a water damage catastrophe earlier this year at the end of July. The hot water supply line connected to our secondary sink located on the granite island ruptured. This caused a discharge of water to flood the main level of our residence. I ran outside and turned off the water at the main tap by the street. It was approximately 3 am. I called multiple Warner restoration companies but none answered. Restoration Relief was the last one on the list under 24 hour emergency services. They answered! Within 45 minutes, a van full of equipment and technicians were at our doorstep. They placed machines throughout the 1st floor and set up containment around our island. The lead tech showed me on a thermal camera (which I was very impressed with) the water that was trapped under the island. We just paid 30+ thousand to remodel kitchen and the entire main level with flooring, drywall and kitchen cabinets. My wife was on pins and needles. Also, the house was brand new by 3 months. We ripped the builder grade flooring, cabinets, etc..out, only 10 days following the closing. It seems the plumbing company who installed the island sink used a plastic fitting for the supply line. The garages also flooded. Within 9 hours, the garage, island and all flooring and walls on main level were dry! We did not even have to involve our new insurance policy. Wo! This was a miracle! They came and collected the equipment within 24 hours. The tech showed me on the thermal camera he island again and it was no moisture. Only heat from the machines.These guys replaced the moisture with heat! How cool is that?They worked out a simpler payment plan which involved us paying them direct with no hassle. I can not fully express our gratitude to you guys. From the bottom of our hearts, we will always be grateful and your number is SAVED. Keep doing the great work, guys. God bless!

There was a leak behind the refrigerator inside my wall. I contacted Restoration Relief and was introduced to Darrell. Darrell came out the next day to inspect my damage, explaining each step of the restorative process. Darrell did a quality job of isolating the work zone reportedly to prevent the spread of spores as well as dust once the tear down process began. The work performed was efficient and effective, with Darrell communicating daily arrival times and results of things such as humidity levels that required further control. When I had questions regarding additional steps, Darrell was responsive and even came by to address my concerns. I highly recommend Restoration Relief as their communication and professionalism made what was a daring process convenient and as trouble-free as I could expect.

Unfortunately, I experienced a water leak in my home and I did not realize how long the leak had been going on. I found the company Restoration Relief. Wow, they were great! After they came in and opened up my walls they discovered mold. I wasn’t pleased about that especially after Restoration Relief explained the dangers of having mold. Long story short, they worked very systemically. They were professional. The process from start to finish wasnt the quickest because of all the safety measurements they had to take but when they completed the job it was immaculate. Im happy to recommend Restoration Relief to anyone who may need to use the services of mold or water removal.
