We had a great experience with CAT recovery from start to finish. They were very flexible with scheduling and we felt they were truthful and upfront about all costs and what “needed” to be fixed to prevent future problems. We never felt like they were taking advantage of us. I would highly recommend and although I hope not to use them again, I wouldn’t hesitate if needed.

I had a water loss at my primary residence. I placed a call to CAT Recovery and the rest was a breeze. They came out explained everything to me step by step as to how the process would go. Got everything dried out and ready for reconstruction. Great team of guys and very professional. The team was punctually and uniformly dressed! Very comforting in my time of need! CAT was a great company to work with. From Mark and team doing water remediation to Kason’s team of Jose and Max doing the repairs. Jose and Max were professional and left things clean. And they were very courteous. They did a great job!

We had water damage from a dishwasher that had been leaking unnoticed for a long time. Being that the house is very old, we were worried about one problem leading to many. CAT Recovery was very thorough and easy to work with. Everyone that came to the house was so nice. I highly recommend them.

On two separate occasions we have needed the services provided by CAT Recovery Services and both times they responded to our needs VERY quickly and did an excellent job managing a challenging situation caused by burst pipes on a very cold winter day. CAT Recovery Services saved me!!! Waking up to a basement full of water and a collapsed ceiling was pretty traumatic, but these guys were at my home within an hour after my phone call! They were professional, courteous, and understanding. They simply took control of things and guided me through the entire restoration and transformation of my basement. Can’t say enough for Mark Logan, Alan Plott, Kason Plott, and their team of expert contractors. If you ever find yourself in this crisis situation, you could NOT do better than Cat Recovery Services!!!

After noticing a sewage odor in our basement, we had CAT come out to help determine the source. After a thorough inspection under our baseboards, they determined we did not have a standing water issue (as we suspected we had), but went above and beyond to determine that the issue stemmed from some incorrect plumbing. Would never have expected them to not only uncover this, but then be able to get a plumbing team out within an hour on a Friday afternoon. The plumbing team worked past five to fix, which meant that we could go into the weekend with the issue resolved. Excellent service!

The CAT Recovery Services team is the BEST! Great job, very reasonable price, quick to help, thorough, clearly cared about making our home well again. We discovered mold in a storage closet in our condo after a pipe upstairs cracked and began slowly leaking. CAT Recovery Services came up with a plan, gave us good advice, coordinated with our insurance coverage, worked us into their schedule, and took care of everything. Each member of the team was pleasant and supportive during what was an upsetting time. They were professional and took great care to contain the area they worked in so that we could use the rest of our home during their work. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you, CAT Recovery Services!
