I cannot say enough about this team. We had a slab leak that saturated our entire main floor. I called 1st thing on a Monday morning and Tyler was there within hours. He identified the leak isolated the line so we didn’t lose water to the whole house and the set us up with dehumidifiers and fans. He submitted all the paper work for insurance. Then a few days later the demo team came out and took out the affected flooring and cabinets (basically my entire kitchen and all hardwood flooring). Cam, Michael, Isaac and Levi were efficient and professional. They all walked me through the process, annswered all my questions and advised on what to expect from my insurance claim. My stress level was managed because I knew they were “on it”. Slab leaks are not for the faint of heart and this team walked me through the whole process. I can’t thank you all enough.

I had a great experience with the guys who helped dry my kitchen out after some flooding. Everyone was communicative, professional and polite. I hope there’s not a reason I need to use them again, but if the need arises, I’d definitely use them again. Patrick, James, Cameron, Juan, Luke, Woody and Levi made the two-week ordeal much easier to navigate. Thank you!

Amazing company. Highly recommended. As a single mom I was super overwhelmed with ever that was going on with the leak in my house that affected several rooms in my property. All the technicians that came to help me were very knowledgeable, understanding and super helpful. Every service they made sure my house was protected and clean. Thank you SerClean company. I was very satisfied with their services. They were always on time, professional, organized with their crew, respectful of my home and available to address any of my questions. And they also did a great job with cleaning up after their work was finish. They definitely made the experience smooth and comforting, despite of the circumstances. I highly recommend them.

I applaud Luke, James, and Will for their excellent service and their incredible attitudes. They were professional right from the start. They quickly assessed the issue and took immediate measures to resolve the problem. They returned 2 days later, just as they promised they would in order to ensure there were no persisting problems. Luke in particular was personable and pleasant to chat with. As a business, Serclean must feel very relieved knowing someone like Luke is at the front line making sure an already volatile situation doesn’t get worse. In fact, he is instrumental in ensuring repeat business as well as referrals. Thanks Serclean (and your representatives) in resolving my problem quickly and pleasantly.

Run! Do NOT use this company. The plumber has to be in on this scam of a company. It has been a nightmare working with these people. It’s been over a month, and my insurance company is having a hard time getting the information they need to wrap this whole process up. I used MTX last time. They were the polar opposite of this company. Professional on time and tidy. Paper work wrapped up within a week. I was so frazzled when my incident happened in my home that I wasn’t thinking clearly. I listened to the plumber, knowing full well I should have called MTX. Serclean left their equipment in my home for 8 days. They acted as if my whole home flooded. I called them several times to come check on it. Ran my power bill up as well. They tore up everything and removed quite a bit. Now, I’m going back and forth to get my insurance to cover the insane bill. Listen, save your energy, money, and time. Go somewhere else. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

I would like to Highly Recommend Jeremy, Chris and Jacob for the great job they did in such a timely and proficient manner.
