The first phase of our Servpro experience went smoothly. The workers take the time to explain all the details needed to take place and they are very polite and friendly. We like that they always ask if you have any questions as the work moves forward. Thank you Chris for a job well done! Now for the next phase! 2nd and last phase of our Servpro experience has been completed. Everything went smoothly. I must say that working with Jason our supervisor was a pleasure. No pressure and no problems whatsoever. He was available to answer questions without hesitation. He showed concern that we were completely satisfied with all the work being done. Exceptional crews can only be held back by the management level above calling their shots. Servpro is fortunate to have employees like Chris, Edwin and Eric.

I recently used Servpro for fire restoration in our office and was very disappointed. They initially impressed us by responding quickly and arriving the next day to start the process. However, despite our urgent need to get back to work, they delayed the reconstruction phase by two days, waiting to send us the construction contract. This delay was due to their lack of available subcontractors. Their lack of communication and transparency was frustrating. I can only give them 1 star. If you need timely service, look elsewhere.
