I would never use this guy/company ever again. They came in and their brochures say they do 100% property reconstruction. However he waited until after ripping out various parts of my home’s interior to inform me that oh, by the way, they don’t actually do reconstruction and I was on my own to get that fixed. And when I tried to talk to him on the phone later he was verbally abusive. Do not call this guy for any service whatsoever.

Holiday week-end disaster and FDR was there immediately! Greg and his team provided expert knowledge and top of the line equipment. They were courteous, hard working and compassionate. Not only did they clean up the mess, set up equipment to prevent further loss the team worked in deplorable conditions non-stop until everything was accomplished and did so without complaint. Unfortunately we are experienced with disaster services from another incident several years ago and there is quite a difference in the services we got then from another company and what we got with FDR. We highly recommend FDR.
