Joseph & those with Expert Water Removal have been great in helping us get our water damaged floor under control. They thoroughly explained the process, why they were doing what they were doing, and have been Courteous and timely when coming to check our water levels. They explained everything that they have recorded, followed it up with an email copy of information, and are in & out after they are done. Great service!

Drivers were courteous or feet sleeves or shoe sleeves when entering the house, the damage set up where it would dry the most efficient and came back and checked for the next nine days. Great job.

Expert Water Removal was prompt and attentive to the water dripping from a ceiling. Keith from the company came out quickly and was very knowledgeable taking time to explain the process to resolve the problem. The crew that came soon afterwards was terrific – Mashal, Yandri, and Enrique were ready and prepared to set up the equipment in a careful and efficient manner. They put my family’s mind at ease in prevention of more serious damage. I was extremely impressed by Expert Water Removal from start to finish and completely trust their professional service.

Enrique came out and was very efficient and repaired our baseboards as if they were brand new! He even went out to Lowes and purchased a new one because it didn’t look great and wanted to perfect it! We appreciate all that Expert Water Removal has done for us and our home after our bedroom & bathroom flooded. I highly recommend this company and their employees.

If I could post no stars I would.. I’ve had 2 encounters with this company…. One of my choosing (which I regretted and wanted nothing more to do with them) and now this one because of condo decision. Both totally unacceptable. Person on this job definitely not qualified for drywall and woodwork. Stay away. Stay far away.

We hired them to dry up our home after a line leaked and got our three floors wet. When they first showed up, they gave us a high estimate to do the work, but they rationalized it as – better be high and not need it then be low and short. Given it was the weekend, we gave them go ahead. The moment they found out we would be going through the insurance, the “estimate ” mysteriously changed and couldn’t get a straight answer. Needless to say, their new “estimate” was 4 times what we were told. Not a trustworthy company, I would stay away from these folks
