We had a flood in our bathroom, 2 inches of water and went into the garage. Was worried about what to do. We called BoneDry and our worries went away. They came over over to the house very quicklt and started the restiration process right away. The most professional service I have worked with. Craftsmanship was unmatched. I have worked at The Department of Housing for over 36 years and dealt with a lot of restoration services. This is by far the best. Thanks to all at BoneDry. We appreciate you.

So impressed with this company! Michael and Teague did a great job cleaning the carpets. Never imagined the carpets could be so clean, like brand new! From the owner down thru the sales teams and technicians everyone is a please to work with! So thankful we found this company!

We recommend buyer beware. I would urge caution and awareness before engaging. I just called our long term HVAC/Plumber service who had referred us initially and, not surprisingly, they no longer recommend Bonedry.

I am a real estate agent and during the inspection of my listing, mold was found in the home. We thought it would de-rail the entire transaction, but then the team at Bone Dry stepped in and worked faster and smarter than I could have ever expected. They are absolutely magicians at what they do, and have a lot of skilled crews to get the job done quickly and accurately. They had my client’s best interests in mind the entire time, and were super communicative. We were able to hold the deal together, and make sure the house was remediated, safe for the new buyers, and put back together quickly for our closing day. I can’t say enough good things about the owners and crew at Bone Dry!

Excellent service and communication from Bone Dry Services. The team helped me understand the process, and made cleaning up my crawlspace, the restoration/mitigation, easy and carefree. We had the pipe in our crawlspace burst, our kitchen line, which damaged the protective lining as well as the dirt/earth underneath. Completely unexpected and making it impossible to use our kitchen sink and dishwasher until solved! Zach and his crew from Bone Dry Services reassured me of the process and assisted me when working with my insurance company to restore the space timely and efficiently. Came highly recommended and I understand why, would and will recommend to my family, friends and neighbors!!

We had a leak in one of the bathrooms in our house and were very fortunate to work with BoneDry for the restoration. Our project manager Kolton was fantastic to work with. He handled all the parts of the process including dealing with our insurance company. He kept us informed throughout the process and responded to questions we had very quickly, usually within the same day. Will definitely work with BoneDry again should the need ever arise.
