Servpro provided excellent service during the process of drying the water damage in our home. Martin did an excellent job communicating daily schedule, Julio and Bernardo and the rest of the workers arrived promptly and performed a great job. They were respectful and professionals.

We recently suffered a severe “slab leak”. Martin and his team did a great job by: removing all of the damaged flooring and sections of walls, drying the premises, installing a new floor throughout, installing new walls and baseboards, painting walls and ceilings, repairing and reinstalling a pantry cabinet and repairing several holes in rooms and the patio that were made by plumbers (who completed a full re-pipe). ALL of Martin’s people were courteous, very skillful and efficient. They arrived on-time, cleaned up every day and were accommodating if we had any questions or concerns about the work. I highly recommend Martin of ServPro and his team. They were outstanding!

They are reliable and trustworthy. The manager, Martin or Gabriel, or Julio, one of the workers, always communicated with me via text on a daily basis before they come and start the work in my house. Julio vacuumed the floor, and left the area they worked on clean after they completed their job.

Removing all the wood flooring and drying the floor and walls took multiple days. During the removal of material, drying of the walls and floor, and mitigation of the mold issue, the staff was prompt, efficient, and friendly. I. chose ServPro because of their reputation, and will recommend them to anyone who asks. The job was well done!
