Amin and the whole team are very knowledgeable and quick to perform. I had a mold issue growing in a bathroom and bedroom, and Amin was able to come by with his team to get the situation handled quick and very effectively. Best of all their pricing is very fair and competitive. I highly recommend!

I was referred to Dry Out Medics though my plumber, after I learned that I had a small leak in a rental unit of mine, which caused some water damage to both my unit, as well as the unit below mine. Dry Out Medics were excellent to work with. They were quick to respond and very responsive to my concerns. And Robert Serna, the person who oversaw everything, was fantastic. Dealing with water damage issues can feel extremely daunting, but Robert and team made it a smooth process, which I’m very grateful for. Five stars all around, and thanks!

Robert the General Manager was very knowledgeable and his team Andrew, Andy, Jeremy and Calvin all performed great services and kept my home clean during and after the demo. I’m very happy with those company and their service. They were all very kind.

Amin is a very professional, patient and understanding individual. I had a flooding problem in my kitchen and he came immediately out to help me. He walked through the process with me and helped me with my insurance adjuster.The men he had sent to do the work were also very professional, friendly and kind and did a tremendous job. I have never had such an easy and wonderful experience as I had with this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would gladly have them in my home again if the time would come where I had such a problem like this. I appreciate all the hard work dry out medics and their team did at my home.

Amin helped us turn a slow unsuspecting leak and water damage into a long time coming kitchen and bathroom remodel and dream! After months of no answers from the warranty company and having 3 plumbers sent out, Dry Out Medics came to our house and found where the water was coming from, and they made our home safe again in a matter of days. After consideration of the repairs that we now needed, we ended up renovating the kitchen and bathroom, getting brand new cabinets, granite, flooring, and a whole new shower!! Amin was amazing to communicate with every step of the way. Thank you for all the care you put into this! You guys are genuinely amazing!!

Dry Out Medics saved the day! We have used them and they never disappoint. Unfortunately, we’ve had multiple problems with our rental unit’s water pipes not properly being repaired. They always take into account that our time is just as important as theirs. Also very accommodating around your schedule (ie, if you have renters/tenants that are sleeping, or need to use appliances, etc). Amin is quick and always responsive. He’s thorough with initial inspection. He gives an honest opinion. Their whole team were professional and always communicated the next step. I’m sure I asked the same questions repeatedly, not once did they show frustration. They were always patient and answered all my questions. Their work was very professional and clean. Water damage, where? Our place looks absolutely amazing. They’re very knowledgeable in dealing with insurance which is super helpful. Like everything else affected by the pandemic, they informed me that there could be potential material delays. However, they were able to complete our place way before we expected. I would not hesitate to refer them to my friends/family/clients. Thank you for having an amazing team who value their clients time and knows how to put us at ease during unexpected/stressful situations.

Just wanted to take a moment and thank a few heroes. Thank you Dry out medics for coming to the rescue. Last week I walk in my kitchen and see a puddle of water on the floor. I called a plumber and he fixed my bursted water pipe and just leaves. Well my house was still drenched. I called dry out medics because I always see their vans driving around and remembered the name. Thank god I called them. Super helpful, polite, and they actually cared about me and my home. 1000% recommend them. Great job guys. You guys really made me feel safe.
