I was in desperation at 6AM in the morning…waking up into a puddle of water in the kitchen. My insurance helped guide me to call Paul Davis Restoration. Rafael answered quickly and was over within 30 minutes. Rafael walked me through the process of what was happening while Eduardo was checking out how far the damage had occur. They both worked promptly and was in constant contact with me throughout the next few days until the remediation was complete. Thanks Rafael and Eduardo, you guys are great!

I’ve never done a renovation before. We didn’t have to tear down walls but we replaced bathrooms, kitchen countertops. Paul Davis did a great job. It was relatively painless. It did take a little longer than expected but everybody I talk to said they always ran into that as well. So thank you Paul Davis for doing a great job. The condo looks fabulous!

I have been very impressed and appreciative of the work Paul Davis has provided. Their communication was always excellent and both Raphael and Thomas, the two main people I had contact with, were always available to answer my questions. Raphael was exceptional in his communication and in always keeping me informed as to what was happening. I am most grateful for his professional guidance and care during this stressful period. The Paul David crew was really great. They always arrived on time and gave a heads up call making sure that it was still a good time. If there was a delay due to the heavy rains we were having, they also called. All the follow-up appointments were also done at our convenience. Once here they explained everything they were doing and why. We really appreciated that they gave us options as to how we can get our house back in order. Their work entailed alot of drywall removal etc and it was all cleaned up, every time they were here. It was a very stressful time having floodwater in our house, we were very happy to have our house back to normal thanks to Paul Davis Restoration.
