The response from ServPro was lightning fast, and that speed continues! Today, Nick & Dale & crew came to begin first level of demolition. They were friendly, professional and as unobtrusive as possible. They clearly explained what they were there to do, and afterwards reiterated what they had done, and the next steps. EXCELLENT!!!

Servpro saved the day! And, on a Sunday! I called early in the morning and spoke to Frances who was very helpful in getting the process started and very soon after that I heard from the project manager who explained the process. Alex C and Ortega called and were at the house within an hour. Everyone was very friendly and so efficient in working through the cleanup. Thanks very much to you all! I would highly recommend the team at Servpro! The second Servpro crew was great! Derek C and Dylan explained what they were going to do and got to work right away re-assessing and cleaning up. They were very professional and efficient. I appreciate their great efforts! Also, Tony Baird is awesome! He was a tremendous help in getting the job over the finish line! Thanks, Tony!
