Josh came out right on time and cleaned our dryer vent quickly and well. Our old vent cover broke in the process and was fixed immediately. Very pleased.

Everyone was great to work with! They were there and working within an hour of my water leak discovery. Very easy to work with, handled the liaison with the insurance and made several upgrades while doing the repairs. The work was done well and to my satisfaction. I’ll use them in the future.

I only write this review so others don’t have to fall prey to the guise of perfect reviews on Google… It’s quite obvious that they paid someone to boost their reviews on Google – they have far less favorable reviews on other review sites. Do yourself a favor and avoid even getting a quote from Sunshine Restoration… Once they found out that I would not be using their services (due to a wildly overpriced quote which would be performed by a third-party) they quickly added “Administration/estimator fee’s” to an invoice amounting to $661.56 ($165.39 per hour x 4 hours). When I said I was not going to pay for someone to come out and provide an non-competitive quote for the project they quickly turned it over to collections and in negatively impacted my credit score. TLDR: Sunshine Restorations will over quote projects then aggressively pursue their “Administration/estimator fee’s” by sending it to collections after performing no work.

So I just want to say this company has been amazing! Long short story. My Dad passed away and accidentally flooded his house in the process. I live in Texas and no idea who to call. We called Sunshine and it has just been a really pleasant process considering my circumstances. They did the water damage, all the walls (entire house), flooring and they are about to paint. Their communication is amazing! Everyone is so helpful and professional. I’ve talked the most with Juan and he has been my lifesaver and I am so appreciative. Patrick, Aaron, and Sara have been awesome as well. If you are struggling, please call them. I am completely positive you will have a Sunshiny experience like me. Thank you guys so much for all you’ve done. I am so happy to have picked the very best company. You’re all the best!

Fantastic experience with Sunshine Restoration today. Very communicative, hard-working, high attention to detail and respectful of our home and property. Jeremy didn’t stop until the job was done and I really appreciate his cleanliness and care around the damaged areas. Highly recommend! Juan and his team are AMAZING! There response time is immediate, they are professional, friendly, communicative, and thorough. This is the second time we have used them, and we could not be more pleased. I highly recommend.
