The only reason I’m leaving 1 star is because I can’t use anything lower. Absolute pieces of trash, they will over charge, do a terrible job with a terrible attitude and God forbid you try to correct them on their incorrect invoice they give you when they wayyy overcharge you bc then they will try to sue you. Use ANYONE else

They are so helpful , they came out looked at the our problem and then they spoke to another company on our behalf to get the issued resolved. They explained what was going on so we were in the know .

I was charged $150 for what I believed was the company was coming to see if there was anything they could do and an estimate. Then disputing the charge got me in contact with Derrik, who was extremely RUDE in all our dealings. I ended up paying $75 and at his insistence agreed to mention this generosity and sensitivity to my financial plight in the bad reviews I planned to leave. A friend owns a house in Bismarck and wasn’t charged for the exact same service. I couldn’t give zero stars, so the one star is for the personable employee (no longer working there) who came to my house.

Customer service is terrible. No quote when asked and came with a hefty bill. Will not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Customer service is very poor, we have waited months for our dry wall to be replaced, and when they said they would come to fix it they no call, no show. We will be finding someone else to fix our drywall.

I had a fire at my office and in a panic I called Clean Tech. They were at my facility within the hour to put air purifiers in and assess the damages. I didn’t realize they were a “one stop shop” company. They not only deal with clean up of damages (water, fire, etc) but they also have their own mitigation and reconstruction team. Everyone on all the different teams were very friendly and accommodating to my needs of keeping my business functioning during every phase of the project. Also a HUGE plus was they dealt with my insurance company. Believe me this was a big fight and Clean Tech had my back during the entire time. I strongly recommend these guys for any project, no matter how big or small!!!!!

Used for a move in clean. I provided my credit card information to the administrative assistant. I never received an invoice, and I guess she never charged the card. I was contacted 10 months later for the bill and told that she didn’t charge a lot of people so the VP of Business Development was calling everyone after she left so they could get paid. I paid, but this is bad business practice. Would not recommend.

A guy and a gal came to Mohall. They were great! My house smells amazing. I do have pets! Square footage, a tish pricey

The worker was very knowledgeable, prepared to do the job and professional. He was able to remove all the stains and dog smell from our carpet. Also of great importance, I dropped a diamond earring on the floor and didn’t pick it up as I was running behind my toddler. I didn’t remember until after my carpet had been cleaned. I called after hours to report my mistake of leaving it on the floor. I made contact with headquarters who contacted the local technician after hours who responded promptly and check his equipment and found my earring!!!!! He also personally delivered it to me that night. I’m so thankful for his honest and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company. As I have experienced 2 others companies here in minot throughout the years and none have matched their level of cleanliness and professionalism.
