We had part of a tree come down and damage the roof and gutter. Tim came out just an hour after I called and inspected the roof. He said that due to not being able to peel up individual shingles, we should replace all the shingles on the front half of the roof. We decided to follow his advice, and now we have a great looking new roof. We had another tree fall on the roof about nine years ago and had Gardner replace the entire roof. Did not hesitate to call them again… great professional work.

This company did a fantastic job with my roof. Not only does it look great, but they did it all in one day. They did come back the next day to clean the rest of the work up and follow up with me. I would highly recommend Gardner Company to anyone!

Can definitely and highly recommend this company. As we were replacing a 30+ year old roof without any insurance help, I met with several different companies. From start to finsih, Gardner (Hi Tim!) was great. At the time of estimate, we discussed what work was really needed vs all that could be done so we had the information we needed to make the right choice for our house and our budget. Execution – fantastic! The team that showed up was polite, clean, and efficient. On time and ready to go they made quick work of the tear off and new roof installation. Clean up – wow! The hubby did the walk around afterwards and was high in praise for the clean up. Then Tim (Hi Tim) came by next day to pick up unused material and do another clean up. Also – who knew brown flashing would look so much better on the roof? Amazing. Call them! You will not be sorry

I never thought that getting a new roof and patio door can truly be a pleasant, seamless experience until I started working with Tim and the Gardner crew! I especially appreciated that they triple checked to make sure that all of the nails and debris was cleaned up because they knew we have little kids that would be playing outside. Overall, the quality of the work was excellent, both for the roof and patio door. I would hands down recommend Tim and the Gardner company, they were fantastic to work with.

Hi, Tim was very good to work with. if we had a question he was very quick to get back to us. Also he explained the whole process to us. Tim and the workers were very professional. The roof looks vey nice. And they did a very good cleanup. I would definitely recommend The Gardner Co.

Darin and his team were great from the first day we contacted them about getting a quote. We felt like they cared about us as customers, they were knowledgeable, didn’t overcharge us for unnecessary things and used high quality materials. The team finished the project in a day! So glad we chose the gardner company!!

Haven’t we all have had the experience and worry that once a very responsive contractor gets a signed contract they sort of ghost? Well not with Tim. He is a gem who communicated throughout and was at our residence multiple times during a 2 day roof replacement. He even had the crew do a couple of “extras” with no additional cost because that’s just how he is. I can’t recommend Gardner, Tim, and the hardworking crew enough. If you need a roof or other work, look no further, call Gardner and ask for Tim!

I am so pleased from beginning to end with my roofing project! Tim helped me with my initial review and contract, Teri contacting me for setup with date for work and need-to-know information and not to forget the crew that took over my project. They were on-time, stayed on task and cleaned up at the end of the project. Thanks all at The Gardner Company!
