Signed a contract with Dave in Summer 2022 to complete a reroof in the late fall. No communication despite repeated attempts to get a status update until one day several months later at 7 am he sends me a text saying we need to pick out shingles and to send a down payment the next day. After meeting with him to go over shingle types, he said he’d send us a quote to include gutters and guards. Needless to say we never heard back from him. He clearly didn’t want the job and realized he bid too low so he just walked away. I have all of his ramblings in text messages (he refused to answer his phone). H & S Roofing did a great job for us, don’t waste your time with this guy.

Little communication and lack of responses trying to get a quote. First, tried to call and the voice-mail was full so sent a text. Set up a date to check out my roof and then he cancelled because he was running late. Rescheduled for a week later, then he said a time frame and again was running late and tried to reschedule. Eventually did show up for an estimate and ask for email to send quote to, said I should have it by the next day. Never heard anything so I text him and he said over the weekend he would get it done, still did not hear back. Got a text the next week that he could work on the quote if I was still interested. No further communication. Do not recommend and will go with someone else.

In summary: David went to assess a property we are going to be replacing the roof on over a week ago. After a couple of days of not hearing anything regarding a quote, called and left a voicemail message. On a Friday, was asked in a text what my email address was (this was on the form I filled out for the quote in the first place) – email address sent. On Sunday morning received a text stating he can send the estimate out by tomorrow “if you are still interested in it.” Tuesday, still nothing. Text sent stating we assumed he is no longer interested in the job? He replied they still are. Wednesday, we’ve still not receiving anything. David was notified we will not be utilizing his services and will find another company to replace the roof. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone for any business in the future. Horrible communication and minimal to no customer service.

Most impressed with quick responses every time I had a question. He was awesome. Showed up on time & got the old roof replaced in less than two days. Would highly recommend.

Top Tier was absolutely amazing and helped us replace our roof. He was professional and trustworthy. He was very responsive and answered all the questions we had. Our new roof looks amazing and was done in a timely manner. We are very happy and so glad we worked with Top Tier.

Top Tier answered my inquiry on my project quickly and arrived to look at the job that day. They showed up for the work exactly when they said they would and completed the job professionally. I would definitely work with them again if I ever need to.

Top Tier provides excellent service at a reasonable price. The roof got damaged by another contractor. Top Tier came and did a great job repairing it. Such wonder customer service is rare to find. We are very happy with his work!

The crew did a great job. Completed the roof by working some extremely long hours prior to some forecasted rain. Job was completed and site was cleaned up before the rain. Very good workmanship.

Extremely professional from the phone call asking for an inspection right down to the inspection . Dave was honest when explaining the results of the inspection . ( speaks volumes) In a brief time I was highly impressed and would recommend TopTier to anyone !
