They guaranteed five years on a roof repair for my parents, the roof is still leaking it was repaired a month ago, every time I reach out to them they will not return my calls. The one time they did answer they was sending someone out there to fix it, no show, so now my elderly parents whom is on a fixed income paid for the repairs that this company failed to fix. Stay away from this company. My experience – they can’t be trusted they rip off senior citizens!!!!

B&P Roofing did some extensive repairs to my roof. I couldn’t afford to install a new roof so they gave me several options to repair my problem areas. We decided on B&P Roofing for our repair due to the time they spent explaining everything to us and the knowledge of the problems we were having. I’m glad I chose B&P Roofing! They are the best !

B&P Roofing has been fully paid for services on my home but has not completed the job. There is trim that needed replaced, siding that needed finished, areas in need of touch up paint, a storm door that was to be replaced, and a pile of debris from previous work. They will not respond to any messages or calls because standing up to being taken advantage of and demanding a timely completion of the job which had taken him over 2 1/2 months to do. That’s NOT including the installation of the roof which was done in July. He has not sent a receipt for the job. Also, materials that were leftover from the new floors were not left. Those are materials that WE BOUGHT. And no, it’s not in the contract that they keep the materials. And no, there hasn’t been delays due to weather. What B&P Roofing does it take the deposits and then string their customers along while they get deposits and quick money on other jobs. HE WAS EVEN PAID EARLY AS HALF OF THEIR FINAL PAYMENT. He received the other half the night that things were supposed to be wrapped up. The workman was supposed to be back the next day to complete but he was told to go to the roofing jobs by Brandon Gill. I believe that he has good people working for him and the work that was done, so far, I believe has been quality. But he mismanaged his business with inconsistent communication (unless he needs money), multiple deadlines missed, and unwillingness to provide the workers needed to do the job.

I called them for an estimate to fix my leaky roof, and that was the last time I ever saw them. I called a few days later to get the repair scheduled and was told they would call me within a couple of weeks to set something up. After two weeks they never showed so I called again and was told they would be out by the end of the week. I gave them the full week and still never saw them. The Monday after that I called another company that gave me my estimate and fixed my roof on the same day, and did it for less than half of what B&P quoted me.

B&P Roofing installed my roof in September of 2019. I was highly satisfied with my roof. Brandon and his crew were AMAZING ! Definitely recommend for you to call them.
