I had a great experience with Brady roofing and would recommend them for any small/mid-size commercial roof project. Our roof measured approx. 45′ x 60′ and they did the job promptly and without any issues. I interfaced with their sales person, James, and he came out quickly (within a few days), gave me a bid quickly and worked with me to fine-tune some of the features I wanted. After accepting the bid, they got on the job within 1 week. Not sure if that is their standard response time or not, but I was blown away (most other roofing companies put me off for a month or more before starting). Their crew was capable and hard working. They finished the entire job in about 4 days (tear off to finish) and cleaned up the area well. I will be using them again for other commercial roofing projects I have in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. I work for a community management company and have worked with James for a little over a year. When he moved to Brady Roofing, we followed him as we know how great he is. You will not find another person who is more honest, responsive, accountable, knowledgeable, easy to get along with, etc. I have also been lucky enough to work with Amie as she was brought in on a rather large project (34 townhome buildings). She is extremely detail oriented, organized, personable, reliable, and her response time for emails is impeccable. I know that as soon as I have contacted them, I can trust them to get it done. I can’t tell you how much easier they make my part of the job. They both have been amazing when it has come to any questions or concerns that homeowners may have, and James will be on site to speak with them and make sure everything meets their expectations. I have had zero complaints from homeowners, which is quite incredible. If you are looking for a roofing company that genuinely cares and takes accountability when things may not go according to plan, Brady Roofing is the place to go. I feel confident in stating that I guarantee you will not have a bad experience. Thank you James and Amie for everything, you are both a true asset to the company and I look forward to working with you both on future projects.

Brady roofing was recommended to me by a professional consultant. The first job I had done was to undue mistakes from a prior roofer. I will 100% recommend Brady roofing because of the quality of their work and because of their integrity. I’ve retained them several times now for various jobs over that past few years and they have treated me right every time. Brady roofing did an excellent job tying the new add on porch shingles with the existing house! It looks amazing! They were quick, reliable, and did great work. Definitely recommend!

Ben was really helpful right from the beginning, and presented several options to solve the problem. They ended up re-roofing 75% of the house and detached garage. I had work done by someone else in 2017, and Brady roofing did a far superior job. The color was great, the uniformity of the shingles and clean lines is noticeable!! They removed old shingles; they were careful of sprinkling system and other limitations in the yard. They were great to work with: Ben spent a lot of time explaining the process and making sure we got as many of the nails up as possible to keep the yard safe. Ben sometimes called late in the evening to give updates on schedule and scope. They all work really hard, which is notable in this time when everyone has too much work and not enough employees. These guys are solid! I got two other quotes and really felt best about Brady Roofing. Really nice personable service and excellent quality of workmanship!

Brady Roofing installed the roof on my new home over 27 years ago. It was great work then and honestly, we have never had a single problem with any aspect of the roof in spite of strong winds, rain, snow, ice and hail over the years. Recently I requested Dymon Brady come back and do a reroof. Super job again!! He clearly explained options and recommendations. I trust him so I chose the best product shingles. They communicated clearly with me everyday about the ongoing work. Also installed a new style roof vent system. Tearing off a roof is messy, yet they cleaned up everyday. Wonderful! The workers were very pleasant and courteous throughout the project. They also installed a new skylight in a dark mud room. My wife loves it! Excellent quality and bright sunshine reflected into the room. If you want a high quality, maintenance free roof that endures for decades, CHOOSE BRADY ROOFING for all your roofing needs.
