Siby is very honest and dependable. He is on time, within budget and works with insurance documentation. His primary focus is customer satisfaction. I would recommend Siby for roof work without a doubt. Sibi did great job to replace my roof, windows and stain the fence. I am extremely satisfied with their work, timeliness and communication.

Crystal Roofing did my Roof, Gutters and fence after the hail and All I can say is I got the Best company in the market. My Story: I got a lot of flyers and door knocks from hail chasers who were trying to offer great discounts but are NOT ready to disclose upfront charges, this created doubts in my mind if this everyday work for them why can’t they disclose the price and details, what they say is we will deal with your Insurance and you don’t worry about that. My friend referred Sibi(Crystal Roofing Owner) to me, I spoke to him and he came by in a couple of days and gave me the actual quote, the price quoted by him is reasonable and I inquired other in my community others who are of same house size as mine, the price is a $500 more than the lowest quote I heard. But the interesting thing I found is others got lower standard Shingles, smaller gauged gutters and low quality stain. When I am looking at around 20k, I felt getting a good quality is better than saving $500, this anyways is covered by Insurance. For home owners my advise: it is better to know what we get, than resting the decisions with any repair company, they act but don’t care about your home all they see how they can maximize the profit. I made a good choice by going with Sibi and he was personally there to make sure things are going good. Sibi stood by his Warranty and replaced parts of the gutters that has small leak issues after 4 months from installation at NO Cost, so he earned my respect and confidence. Crystal Roofing strongly believes in customer satisfaction and has good ethics, these qualities are rare to find in our current market. I also heard from my community, calls are ignored by the hail chasers for leaks that are found with in 6 months, scares me.

Had my roof replaced with Crystal roofing. Crystal roofing has also done a very good job talking to my insurance company and get a lot more repairs identified and included in the estimate. To my surprise there was almost 60% more issues and money received from Insurance company after Crystal roofing submitted the amendments. Siby also had taken so much interest to address my requests to go out of the way and find out the shingles that we wanted. I am very happy with the service.

I had replaced my roof in 2018 due to hail damage. The whole roof replacement ordeal was stressful. Many contractors said they will come on a certain date and never came or even called. So when we got hail damage again in 2019, I was worried again. After talking with Crystal Roofing, the owner came and inspected my roof. He said I have to have the roof replaced. He was honest with me and said he will need 3 weeks time to have it replaced as he was very busy. He called me 2 weeks later and scheduled a date to have it replaced. He arrived on time, his crew was excellent and he finished the job in 1 day. I highly recommend Crystal Roofing. A couple of friends have used him after I told them and they all have been very happy.

Crystal Roofing & Construction replaced my roof last year after a hail damage. In addition to roof replacement, they also fixed the gutters, put in a new fence(board on board) and put in a brand new garage door with insulation. Siby provided very reasonable pricing and he and his team did an excellent job. I’m very satisfied with the work done and will definitely recommend Siby for any construction work. He is very professional to work with and can be relied on to give reasonable quotes.
