Very responsive. I called to inquire about finding and fixing a leak that we had at our hotel. He said, no problem, they would come out and take a look as soon as possible. I figured maybe within the next day or two but he was here within an hour. They located the area that they suspected was leaking and gave me a fair bid to fix it. They were out the very next morning and by noon it was repaired. We had heavy rain that night and the following night and no leaks. I am very happy with their work and plan to use them again in the future.
