Jordan West of Miller Storm Roofing & Reconstruction, out of Round Rock, has been wonderful to work with throughout my roof claim process. Their hardworking roofing crew did a very nice job. Their solar contractor Harry Startup of Electric Solar Services did an excellent job of removing & reinstalling my 17 solar panels, and last, the gutter work was completed today. It’s great to find a company that shows up on schedule and performs well (despite horrific temperatures this week)! Photos are not chronological… Photo 7 is the completed work!

With an over abundance of roofing companies to chose from, I chose Miller Storm because I met the team of Brinson and Kolt. Their initial meeting with me was both professional and personal and well above the many typical mundane sales calls at my front door. They presented the company’s history and stability which was assuring and detailed their use of exact quality roofing materials. Additionally, they explained their process in replacing a roof with a consistent team of skilled workers committed to Miller Storm. I approved their request to inspected my roof and the report was on point with the insurance company’s findings. Upon signing our contract, both Brinson and Kolt came to complete temporary repairs several times. I delayed getting a new roof immediately because the hail storm season lingers into summer months. In all cases, temporary repairs were completed in several hours after I called Brinson and Kolt. I now have a new roof on my home and I am pleased with the work. Thank you guys, Brinson and Kolt, and you are indeed a credit to Miller Storm Roofing & Reconstruction. Your friend, Bill Daniels

The repair itself was great. The cleanup and treatment of our outdoor sporting equipment and pool left much to be desired. Nails, grit and debris left behind and the equipment was not restored to its original setup. Thanks to Ricky for coming back and assisting! Appreciate the follow-up.

Highly recommend Miller Storm roofing. They are honest and professional. Everything they promised, they delivered on. The crew did an excellent job of removing and replacing my roof in one day, and cleaning everything up before they left.
