Said he would do a job but didn’t come for a month and never communicated he was ‘busy’. Wasted a month waiting. Terrible communication. I had the same experience several others mentioned. Spend your time finding someone else instead.

Used them right after snow & wind storm right before Xmas 2022. I called 10 companies right after Xmas. They were 3rd to return my call. 1st Co.over estimated same job by $4k and never came to my door, NOT HIRED. 2nd. promised I would be 1st in line for Wed. morning, never showed up or called. When I called him on Wed. at noon told me I had to wait another week, NOT HIRED. Called Gary Neff on Wed. afternoon. At my house within an hour to look at roof with ladders. Gave a written estimate and showed up next day with materials to do work. Would use him again, very professional, cleaned up yard and took everything with them. Responded immediately to my call, very professional, repaired slate roof with brand new slate.

I had Gary and his crew put a new roof on about 18 years ago ya I’m a little late with the review. They did a great job with this house that was 3 stories and steep. I have since sold the house but the 40 year architectural shingles I had them put on look great today . They also fixed my moms chimney flashing a couple years ago and did a great job there also. I’ll try to keep my reviews more current from now on lol.

Had several conversations on phone after playing phone tag. Said he would stop by on the weekend. Stuck around and another weekend went by and no word. Must not want my roof job.🤷‍♀️ …

Came to fix wind damage to our roof. His estimate was accurate and he did not try to up-sale us on anything else we didn’t need. Gary is a true professional. I highly recommend him.
