Timber Ridge Remodeling LLC 4 months agoTrustworthy, honest, and reliable. We contracted Timber Ridge Remodeling LLC after reading many favorable reviews online. We were selling our house, and along with some caulking and other small jobs, we needed several walls patched and painted. Although the house would be empty, there was a tight schedule set to make sure we had it ready to sell on time. Travis was quick to respond to our email and he gave us the option of an on-site or virtual estimate for the work. We greatly appreciated the flexibility to get a virtual quote through our photos and written descriptions, as we were busily packing for our move. Upon arrival, Travis assessed the original paint we had stored and noted that it had dried too much to use. He quickly assessed the situation and went to Sherman Williams, ensuring we had enough paint to complete the job. As it had been seven years since the walls had been painted, Travis made multiple passes to feather the color, so the new paint blended with the existing paint on the wall. Although there were additional materials to purchase and the job took more time than the original estimate (due to my underestimate), he did not gouge us for the labor. Over the span of three days, he completed the jobs at the house, working into the evening and around other people that were also supporting us, and closing the house each night. Travis had good communication with both my wife and myself via text, email and phone before, during, and after the project. We appreciate the work Travis did helping us getting our house ready to sell and I recommend Timber Ridge Remodeling LLC for projects big and small.

Star Builders LLC 4 months agoStar Builders turned our unused detached garage into an amazing ADU, going into this process not knowing what we were doing they were able to take our ideas and make every step of the process understandable and manageable even when it came to dealing with the city and county for permits. They took all that on and made sure that the end product was exactly what we wanted I can’t thank them enough

RIDGEWAY CONSTRUCTION LLC 10 months agoIrresponsible and liar!! This man Adrian did a bad job on my house I had to tell him to fix it. He worked when he wanted it it took him two months to finish a job that he said would take two days..he broke one of the windows that he was changing and pretended he didn’t do it but my neighbor saw it it was him…he said he’d order a new one but never came back..did damages to my house and does not answer my calls!!i paid the total before the job was finished my mistake… but i know people like him don’t get very far !!

Nosa Asset Improvements 3 months agoOur condominium HOA was concerned about the condition of one of the upper units that is currently Bank – owned and has been vacant for at least three years. NOSA Asset Improvement graciously and quickly responded to our request for access and inspection. It was a huge relief to see that they had done a stellar job winterizing the unit last fall and making sure there were no problems with water leaks.
