Many thanks to Daniel Choi and Schottenstein Roofing. We had storm damage-siding had blown off our house in high winds. I called Schottenstein to set an appointment for a rep to stop by and survey the damage, including potential roof damage. Wow! Met Dan Choi and immediately felt at ease, stress lifted. He made the whole process of arranging repair and replacement seamless, and each interaction with Dan was wonderful. So happy to have met him. Schottenstein Roofing, with Dan’s professional input, developed a repair plan that was affordable for us. We were amazed and are so grateful to them. That company showed a great amount of heart. Amazing from start to finish! Just had our roof replaced and the process was straight forward, on time and on budget. We’re so happy with the results, siding is next. This is one company that i will definitely recommend to friends and family. Craig and Daniel are true professionals and fantastic to work with. Great crew all around.

Very good experience getting our roof replaced with Schottenstein Roofing! Brett, who handled our inspection and quote was very thorough and responsive from the beginning. Made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered. Even when we had an issue on the day of install, it was quickly and appropriately resolved on their end no questions asked. The end product is exactly what we wanted at a competitive price. We will definitely be using them again for future projects.

I wanted to share about my experience with this company! Not only did they work with me on getting the job financially covered they did a excellent job. I had my roof put on in December when temps were around 40* so I was told it would settle in the spring,if I had any issues to call and sure enough as expected some shingles didn’t take right so I called and they came out the same day to make arrangements to come back and repair due to the rain. So technically if it wasn’t raining then they would have repaired same day! Very good communication between contractors and me as well. Overall very good, excellent service! I’ll keep u updated on the return visit for repairs 😁

Thomas Buena our rep was awesome and went out of his way through the whole process despite injuring his knee. Very professional and informative. Got us a great interest and reasonable payment plan! His team that installed our new roof did a wonderful job and were timely. I highly recommend this company and if necessary would do business with them again.
