It was a pleasure having Phil worked on our roof. He came on a Tuesday to provide an estimate and had everything completed by Friday morning. We greatly appreciate the work he did which consisted of replacing gable vents and attic fan as well as installing a sister beam. He is honest and respectful, works efficiently, takes the time to explain things and gives good advice. Would definitely want to work with Phil again, and especially for a new roof as he is a certified roofer whereby one can receive great warranty from GAF.

Phil did an excellent chimney repair job at my residence. He was able to quickly point out where the issue was and explained me every details around it. He gave me a reasonable price for the entire job and completed it on time. He is very honest and professional. This is the second time I’ve used Kenza. The first time was to fix the chimney crown, which was causing a leak near the fireplace from inside the house. The two other roofing companies told me I needed to replace the roof, but neither of them went up on the roof to assess the problem. Phil of Kenza, was the only roofer who got his ladder off his van, and proceeded to investigate up on the roof. This time the whole roof did need replacing. Again I’ve had other roofing contractors come out to give me estimates. But again, Phil of Kenza Roofing was the only one who actually assessed the situation from on top of the roof. The others gave me huge estimates from the ground??? I will be using Kenza to repair my side brick stairs and railing in near future. I appreciate their fair prices and honesty.
