Mark Alan Ros was absolutley amazing. Complete Roofing did a fantastic job putting my roof on. They went out of the way to work with me on my insurance and do everything they could to help me. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It only took a day to get my roof on and it is beautiful. I couldn’t ask for a better company to work with. So blessed I went with Complete Roofing. I asked lots of questions and they responded to me very quickly. Best roofing company in my opinion around.

It’s been a couple of months since the roof was replaced, and it’s holding up well! The whole team here at Complete Roofing did a fantastic job, and I can truly appreciate them roofing my home so nicely. The roof job is impressive, and it was at a reasonable price. If you need a roof in the Mobile area, this is the place.

Complete roofing has installed two roofs and a seamless gutter system for me. There is no way I would choose another company for any contractor or roof needs. Nathan, Mark, and crew have shown professionalism and an amazing attention to detail during the installation! They took time to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the job and couldn’t be more pleased. 5 star reviews for Complete Roofing!

Job was completed on time and mostly in budget. That was not Complete Roofing’s fault. There was just no way of knowing how much damage to the roof deck there was that needed to be repaired after the old roof was taken off. Caveat emptor, unless you are absolutely sure of the condition of the roof deck, you can expect to pay considerably more than the estimate you receive. Again, not Complete’s fault and this is not a dig at them because they had no way of knowing how much repair they were going to have to do. It’s just that the extra money can be a little bit of a surprise when it comes time to pay. It’s not really an issue when insurance is covering the bill, but can be quite shocking when you come out of pocket like I did. Overall I’m very pleased with the job and the service I received. Josh was extremely helpful and the customer service I got was very good. I will definitely be using them again. Apologies for the long read.

The crew did an excellent job on the roof, including decking repairs. And the yard cleanup afterward was VERY thorough!

Nathan (the owner) likes to go around and attack people, put them in the hospital on his own time. He may be good at roofing but do not support this company. Extremely unprofessional and seems to have a connection with the law so they over look it. Use someone else, it is not worth it. Do not support violence.

After hurricane Zeta came through ripping more than 80 percent of our shingles off, with bare wood now exposed. Needing help right away I contacted Dustin Matthews & I’m so glad I did! They were quick to come tarp our 2 story home, handled all the insurance claim( even showed up when the inspector came). They are fast, professional & reasonably priced! They even put tarps over my flower beds protecting them from possible damage .. I was so impressed! Hands down best roofing company on the coast!
