I could not speak higher about Lorenzo and his team. Their quality of work is beyond top notch, and their attention to detail was immaculate. The Memorial Day Storm storm tore up our house and Lorenzo had it put back together in record time. Professional, personable, and reliable, I am now a life-long client. I waited for two years to write this review to see if their work stood the test of time and I couldn’t recommend a company more. We spoke with a number of roofing companies that solicited our business after a hail storm two years ago. The one we actually spent time with all came across as shady and untrustworthy. I honestly don’t remember how I came across Reliable. When I reached out, the owner called me back and scheduled a review. He came out himself to inspect the roof and worked with the insurance company to ensure we replaced everything that needed it. Plus he was able to offer some additional benefits within his pricing. The quality of work is great. Although I’m scheduling required dodging weather, he completed the work once it was possible. He even followed up after the winter season to complete work that it had become too cold to do in late fall. All throughout, Lorenzo was responsive to emails and texts. We highly recommend him and his teams.

Reliable Exteriors is a fantastic company. They redid the siding and overhangs on our entire home. The owner Lorenzo cares very much about his business, customers, and reputation and will do whatever it takes to make the homeowner happy. He is very responsive and detail-oriented, and I felt extremely comfortable with him and his company overseeing our project from the start. Do yourself a favor and at the very least give him a call to meet about your project – you won’t regret it.

Blown away by the level of service and professionalism. I have a complicated roof that needed a lot of attention. Lorenzo and his team were amazing and my expectations were exceed. I’m not the easiest person to impress and I was all of that and more. If you are looking to have the job done right and on time I highly recommend Reliable Exteriors. The best.

Lorenzo is an excellent person. If you live in the suburbs or even in the city and you need your roof done this is the business you need to call without question. As you see from other great reviews on here their service is top notch. They are safe, honest and hardworking. My aunt also got her roof done through them as well.

Reliable roofers is an amazing company to work with. The team has been installing a new roof for the past 3 days. They show up early, work their tails off for 12 hours and leave our property cleaned up and organized each night. Every person we have dealt with is polite, honest and hard working. Their estimate was reasonable and they have gone above and beyond with this rather difficult roof installation. We highly recommend this company

I wrote this review a year ago and you decided to now respond today? Then you tried to clock me from replying back. Also to lie? I never spoke with you’ll. I could easily post records with proof that I owned any home that I’ve asked information. It’s also public records if anyone wanted to look that info up who owned the home when calling. Do you really want to lie and drag this out? Use the accurate review I posted as a learning experience and not as an opportunity to lie. I understand that business may be slow for you at this time. Just to let you know honesty and simply being professional goes a long way. These paid reviews that you have posted may get you the business but your unprofessionalism will NOT allow those customers to come repeat customers. I wish you well but please DON’T POST LIES. (There are laws against that) Customers will eventually see what type of person and business you are. You can’t hide bad business for long. Good luck.

I called Lorenzo on Christmas eve and within days my roof was repaired and was wished a Merry Christmas…..I felt like I mattered.
