The roofers were good, but the team that coordinated the job were incompetent. The dumpster was left in my driveway for 4 days after the job was complete. They left a debris pile in my carport for 10 days after the job was complete. They couldn’t have cared less about picking up nails left on my driveway.

Called Tadlock Roofing to take a look at my roof after I noticed water spots on my 2nd floor ceiling. They were professional and thorough at first contact. They followed up before my appointment with both a text and phone call asking for more details. Wes came out for the appointment and spent an hour examining inside, outside and the roof. He didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need. Explained to me the problem and that my current roof was in good shape. I appreciate their honesty and knowledge. If I ever need a new roof or repairs I will only ever use Tadlock.

After Hurricane Michael hit and damaged the roof, Tadlock was the third roofer to inspect my Mom’s roof but the only company that followed trough as promised. They repaired it for very close to what her insurance company has estimated and paid. Representative Wes Turner was very responsive and maintained communications along the way.

Had to call to have someone come out and look at my roof but didn’t need a replacement after all. Met with Rob and had a wonderful conversation with him. If I ever need a roof, I will for sure go with Tadlock and ask for Rob. Wonderful customer service and products.

Supposed to close on my house in less than a week, and home inspector report noted a few minor issues. – Called Joyce at the PC branch and told her my situation. She obviously realized I was in a bind, and Matt(Branch Mgr) volunteered to come out IMMEDIATELY and take a look. He fixed the issue ON SITE. From the time I called Tadlock, to the time my roof was fixed, I couldn’t have had a pizza delivered that quickly. I will use them exclusively for as long as I live in this area for any roofing needs. You will not find better people. Thank you Joyce & Matt.
