After having to fire a contractor who was putting an addition on my house, I called Smith Roofing to correct things that weren’t done right. Kenny came by to look at what had been done and find any issues that would keep us from passing inspection. The crew came by a few days later and reroofed the valleys among other things. They got it done that day. And got it done right. They were very professional. I would hire them again for any issue with my roof.

There are so many roofing companies in our area to choose from and many of them are horrible! After dealing with Smith Roofing, I can confidently say you should look no further for your roofing needs. As a company, they were responsive, used the best materials and practiced great communication throughout the whole process — and my roof looks great! A special shout out to Les Foster. He was referred to me by friends when I needed a second opinion on hurricane damage. Les made the whole process painless and knows exactly how to approach insurance companies. The process can be difficult for lay persons to navigate, but Les speaks their language. Before, during and after the installation, Les’s communication was immaculate. He explained everything from the materials being used to the order of operations, came onsite during teardown and install (which took one day!) and followed up after completion. The crew did their best to clean up the site after tear down and installation and supervisors were on the job checking out the progress and quality of work (which is everything!). They were in and out like ninjas.

Kanga Roofing reached out to our office in regards to fixing a pool pump for a customer whose house they were working on. Apparently they dropped equipment on top of the pool pumps and plumbing which broke. They called us out to make repairs so they could get their job finished and without customer dissatisfaction. After we came out and repaired the pool equipment they’ve been avoiding paying their bill. After over a month of reaching out and speaking with Kenny (the owner) on the phone multiple times, we are still given the run around. Would NOT recommend doing business with this company.

First to respond to my request for a replacement roof, they met with my insurance specialist, and helped me pick out my new roof color with some great samples. Quickly tearing off and disposing of the old roof and installation of the new roof. Great crew of installers who assisted each day with ground clean-up. Thank you so much Kenny S. and Kenny R. My roof has held up well through all of these Florida storms!
