I found myself in need of a new roof on my rental property. The roof was an old style, asphalt shingle roof. I spent the time and gathered a few bids, all within dollars of each other. The decision came down to my salesperson, Conrad, who met me at my property and walked me through the issues and what their process would be. The shingles were delivered and stacked on the old roof on Friday, the crew came out Monday and did a complete tear down and installation of the new roof. I couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend TSM to anyone needing a roof.

I thought I had responded yesterday. The workers worked hard , were courteous & did great work. I have a couple of items such as painting a few new boards ( will do when it is cooler). Nail a couple flood lights back up in the back patio. Thanks for the pictures! On one shows valley next to our main entrance! Not sure what this is showing —— a good thing or? There appear to be more gaps – Facia to siding gaps then before All in all hopefully will have no leaks. That was our goal.

Tyler Murphy and staff did a wonderful job replacing our roof underlayment and I would recommend them for any roofing needs. They were extremely consultative, responsive when you needed them, and were also competitively priced compared to other options we had. We appreciated Tyler’s need to always to do the right thing for his customers and his willingness to spend time explaining our detailed questions.

I waited 29 years to do my roof and was shopping the whole way for a good company. I’m a union electrician and am very picky with things. This company went above and beyond to do great work in record breaking hit with a fast time. Very good communication.

Our experience with a new underlayment provide by TSM could not have gone better? Quoting process: We obtained 4 quotes and Tyler at TSM provided different options, price points, warrantee, and their pamphlet with material options was extremely helpful. Project Management: Tyler and his staff oversaw the project and delivery of materials, execution, and the steps were explained daily. In addition, we had on site management assign and Tyler was present several times for clarity for the 3 days work. Execution: The workers showed up as promised in the heat. They paid attention to detail and the result was a quality job that we are extremely happy with. We would recommend TSM to others that need such a roof project. They do what they say they will do.
