My full condo renovation was a BIG DEAL to me. So, when interviewing a design & construction team, I looked for a kitchen & bath company that would go above and beyond. A talented and patient team that would literally work around me, since I lived & worked from home on-site. Boy, did I find the right team – PDR Kitchen & Bath! I really can’t say enough good things about this first class operation. I had them carry out two renovations, the first being the largest, full kitchen and master bath, and then later, the guest bath. Both renovations were done in a timely and professional manner. I can confirm what the other reviews have said about Dan & Tom. Dan’s strength & talent is in work coordination & communication – he kept things moving along and never failed to keep me in the loop. He was on-site just about every day to ensure that there were no surprises or problems. He never failed to consult with me, and if I needed it, he gave me good advice. Dan made living through two on-site renovations painless. All this while also working with the building management downstairs in this condo high rise, and keeping them happy as well. All throughout this process, I can’t say enough about how Dan kept me informed about the schedule, and in both cases, the projects were done on time or early. Most renovations are chaos and a stress —Dan is the man who tames that beast, making the whole crazy process easy to live through. The PDR crews were also attentive & courteous. You could tell that PDR takes pride in the work that their subs deliver. Their work was first class, and at the end of every day, they cleaned up. I would not hesitate to recommend them at all.

I used PDR to complete a major renovation where they moved my kitchen to the back of the house and a bedroom to the front – flipping the two rooms. In between the two rooms was a bathroom and a closet. I can’t say enough good things about PDR Kitchen & Bath. Starting my designer Rachele who worked with me to determine the most cost-effective solution without skimping on design. Rachele really listened to my wishes and made them happen. Next on the list is Dan, my on-site Project Manager. I would nickname Dan “The Great Communicator”. Dan made sure I knew what was going on every day and which subs would be on-site. In addition, as I was living on-site during the renovation, Dan went out of his way to ensure there was as little disruption as possible. The final result is even better than I imagined! If you are looking for a team that will get the job done, look no further than PDR Kitchen & Bath.

We absolutely love our newly remodeled kitchen and would highly recommend Tom and his team at PDR Kitchen and Bath!! Right from the start Nikki was patient and professional as she walked us through the process and thoughtfully designed a beautiful kitchen that maximized the space and made it feel huge. Bob, our project manager was fantastic, communicating and coordinating with his team and our schedules, moving the project along nicely, and was quick to resolve any issue that came up. Every team member and subcontractor that worked on our project had the same professional, high quality standards that Bob and Tom did, including Andres, GE Flooring, Manuel Drywall, Planet Stone, Premier Plumbers, Reggie and Brice with B&B Electrical. Their workmanship and attention to detail were excellent and all made sure the job was done right!

We used PDR Kitchen & Bath for our master bathroom remodel. They are approachable, professional, and easy to work with. Besides the regular remodel process, PDR took care of any unexpected issues and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend PDR.

5-Stars! Our master bath remodel project was professionally managed from design to completion. The PDR team turned our vision into a reality. PDR sets accurate expectations regarding timelines, and we appreciated their policy of not beginning demo until all materials are delivered to their shop. The tradesmen used throughout the project were top-notch, and PDR managed the schedules tightly, communicating continuously with us regarding who was coming, when they would arrive, and what work was expected to be done. PDR was politely relentless in driving the project to completion. In the end, we have a beautiful executed new space, that adds luxury and value to our home. Thank you, PDR! Special thanks to Rechele Hoffman, Dan Erikson, and Jimmy Hascall for their drive and commitment!

We hired PDR to do a complete demo and re-build of our kitchen and they did a fantastic job. Our new kitchen is beautiful and has great design features. They handled everything from early design through permitting and construction. They have a great team of talented employees and excellent subcontractors. Once the work began, they kept it moving forward which minimized the time we were without a working kitchen. We highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend PDR Kitchen & Bath enough. We hired them for a remodel of our kitchen which came out even better than my wife and I could have hoped for. When you hire a company for a remodel, you are always worried about not only the quality of work but the communication levels to ensure the project stays on time and up to the level you would expect. Between the team of Rechele our designer and Dan our contractor, they exceeded our expectations. Before the project began, they were able to give us a virtual template of what our kitchen would look like after the project would be completed which was incredibly helpful. Once the project was under way the communication was there on a daily basis and each subcontractor showed up on time so it was easy to plan around. We will be using PDR Kitchen and Bath again soon for another project so if you are looking for the best company for a renovation, look no further.

Fantastic team from designers Nikkii and Kenny to owner Tom. Bob kept us updated throughout this extensive bathroom remodel. We will call them for future projects. Thanks PDR for our beautiful contemporary new bathroom!

We researched well before choosing a company to do our master bathroom remodel as we wanted excellent work. We wanted a total gut of what was there – shower, vanity, lights and toilet as well as the floor tile. We chose PDR Kitchen and Bath because of the work quality they showed in the reviews, on-line photos and their showroom. We had an excellent team working with us. We knew exactly what we wanted but the design team were still helpful (thank you Kenny for your input). The Foreman Bob and Owner John came out a few times but we worked mostly with our General Contractor Dan who did an excellent job. They didn’t start our job until everything was selected, ordered and arrived so there weren’t delays after demo started or ‘surprises’ regarding back-orders or discontinued items therefore the job was smooth and timely. Dan did the carpentry work but PDR hires sub-contractors for electrical, plumbing and tile work. That can be scary with some companies but they said they use the same companies and many times the same subs because they do such excellent work – and for us they did. We had Reggie from B&B Electrical who did all of the electric work, Premier Plumbers (Operations Manager Greg Faukner) and had Adam’s team who was Adam, Horacio and Josh. The drywall taper was Joel, tilers Salvador and Alfredo, Cabinet installer Andree, our quartz countertops were from Seashore Granite and Jim from Dynasty Glass installed our tempered glass shower door and custom mirror. All of our faucets, shower head, lighting fixture and toilet came from Fergusons and Henry was very helpful there. ALL the trades mentioned did an excellent job – we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend PDR for your bathroom remodeling job.

We just completed a total kitchen renovation with PDR. We chose them because of the great reviews we saw online during our research. We feel we could not have chosen a better contractor. After meeting with them in their showroom and again in our home, we felt extremely comfortable with everyone and could tell they were a reputable company. Their friendliness, sincerity, integrity, and Midwestern values were evident. They had top tier contractors for all the sub work and we were at ease having their workers in our home. Even though we were living in a construction zone, they kept the dust and dirt to a minimum. Our project manager, Dan, was gracious to always keep us up to date on the schedule as to who was coming and when. We had very few “down” days. Our project took a total of 2 months and PDR did everything they could to prevent any delays. On a scale of 1- 5, we would give them a 6.
