Attention, please take a moment to read the Yelp reviews! They currently hold a rating of 2.1, and let me assure you, the reviews are spot-on. This company is hands down the worst I’ve ever encountered, and frankly, they shouldn’t even be in business. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of selecting them as my vendor to handle the repairs on my house post-fire, solely based on my insurance company’s recommendation. Little did I know, it was a grave error. From the shockingly rude front desk staff to the utter lack of customer service, my entire experience has been a living nightmare. And to add insult to injury, the job remains unfinished. The communication breakdown between their front and back-end workers is beyond frustrating, causing endless confusion. I’ve found myself taking on a significant portion of the workload, ensuring materials are on-site and bridging the communication gaps. It took weeks just to schedule a plumber, and when they finally arrived, they had to reschedule for another two weeks due to missing materials. I was left desperately pleading with the plumber over the phone at Home Depot, purchasing the materials myself. The list of grievances against this company could fill a book. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them at all costs.

Desert Valley was the contractor we used to repair structural damage to the exterior of our home. From our initial meeting with Eddie to the final invoice, our experience was nothing but positive. The office staff was professional, communicative, prompt in their responses and frankly, just so easy to work with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There is no one else we’ll ever call with our construction needs.

Teresa was amazing to work with and the whole team was beyond helpful. They are great at communicating and make this process a lot easier. I had to call this company due to water damage in my kitchen. I had never had to deal with this before and Teresa was extremely patient and very informative every step of the way. After water damage, Desert Valley Contracting and their team of employees were excellent in navigating the project and in helping choose materials and what is covered and what isn’t. I definitely recommend them. Teresa, Rudi, Rene, and Christian were great to work with throughout the project.

Worsts Company They said they would be done in four weeks. They were done. Two months later I was out of my house, had to live in a hotel. Worst company ever do not recommend them and then after they were done, they added extra charges and was going to put a lien on my house for $700 I was in the hospital fighting for my life and this is what they do. I would highly not recommend them for a company unless you plan on one in the work done in six months instead of a two week also things were missing out of
