Kim went above and beyond to help. We needed to find matching pavers from a job 12 years ago. After going to the original installer and finding they no longer do pavers, we tried big box stores and other retailers with no luck. Kim found us exactly what we needed in two days! Buyer beware! Read your contract completely, because they don’t tell you about the ‘small print.’ My price went up by $2K because they said the driveway that they had to take out was deeper than they thought it would be. I was home the entire day, and nobody notified me of the difference. They just told me the next day that I owed them more. I paid this because although they were deceitful, shame on me for not seeing that. Also, I was assured that they knew all of the ‘codes’ in Venice and they would be able to take out the city sidewalk that crosses my driveway and install the pavers to match the driveway. I paid extra for the supplies and the labor to have this done. The day before they came, I called the city (just to make sure) and no, they could not tear up the city sidewalk. Their first response was that they would not refund the extra I had paid for materials and labor. Then they said they would refund the materials, but not the labor. Finally agreed to keep the pavers. They also did not install the way I had requested. I wanted the border pavers to go vertically up the driveway, but they were installed horizontally. The installers did not speak English, and I tried to ask them about the border, but I didn’t speak their language, either. They were very nice and I think they did what they thought they were supposed to do, but it wasn’t what I had asked for. I do think that the company should send out at least one person that is fluent in English to make sure communication is clear. So, my experience with Paver Mac would warrant 1 star, but I am going with 2 stars as the installers were hardworking and did a great job and even returned when we had a bit of a problem with some of the pavers sinking. But I would highly recommend that you look somewhere else.

Had repairs done to driveway and pool deck at our Condominium Complex on LBK. While here they also worked on several trip hazards and replaced a pool skimmer. Staff is courteous and professional. Excellent work, very timely, and reasonably priced. Can’t wait to proceed with some major work later this year! Highly recommend!

Paver mac did some work for me and damaged many of our pavers while raising our deck. They didn’t bother to fix them and told me to read my contract. That they won’t replace pavers they break. Really lousy service with no integrity. Won’t do business with them again.

Paver Mac transformed our house today! They installed Ledgestone on the front and it is AMAZING!!! Can’t say enough about Tony and his crew. Workmanship is fantastic.
