Sterling Builders Group installed a deck for us in our courtyard. From the outset of the project, they were very well-organized and understood the vision that we had for the space. We met with Shane and he took all of the necessary measurements and answered the numerous questions we threw his way. He was very prompt with turning around the cost estimate of the project, as well as the contract details. Shane kept in touch with us around the scheduling of the job, when the materials would be arriving and what time the crew would be getting to our house each day. It was a professional operation all the way around and they finished the project much quicker than we had anticipated. We would definitely recommend Sterling Builders Group for the outstanding customer service they provide and for the quality work that was completed.

As a subcontractor it’s important to us to have a good open line of communication. Sterling Builders is always professional but doesn’t overwhelm with stacks of paperwork. The Board of Trustees of Altrusa House recently did a porch renovation project. Sterling Builders Group provided excellent quality and completed the project quickly. They were very responsible to the unique situation with our clients and made sure that all the subcontractors worked efficiently and quietly. Their professionalism and courteousness was outstanding. Sterling Builders managed the construction of my new 1,800 square foot academy, West End Martial Arts. I was very pleased with how everything went. Rob and Jim gave me regular updates and were very responsive whenever I had questions. They made sure that the build ended up being everything that I envisioned. They were very flexible in accommodating my own contractors during the process so that amazingly enough I was able to open for business two days after receiving my occupancy certificate. I highly recommend them.
