We recently completed our first major home remodeling project and would 100% recommend working with Next Stage Design & Build. My parents worked with Next Stage Design & Build on their kitchen remodel a few years ago and had a very positive experience so I knew I wanted to work with them too. Everyone we interacted with was easy to work with, experts in their field, and very communicative. They took all the guesswork out of everything, from filing the permits to defining all the design details to managing the trade partners and ensuring everything was moving along smoothly. We had a kitchen that was in need of a total remodel down to the studs and joists. Next Stage Design + Build worked with us to develop a scope that was professionally and beautifully fulfilled. The design phase was thoughtfully planned, the communication was open and honest, and the project managers, site managers and sub-contractors all performed their work professionally and within the projected timeframe. We could not have asked for a better company and team to give us a modern kitchen that we are proud to show to our family & friends. The colors, cabinetry, lighting, flooring and appliances are top-notch and work great. It is my absolute pleasure to write a review for Next Stage Design and Build so that others can feel assured in working with this amazing company. We had never done a home renovation before and had no idea what to expect other than what others told us about their own personal experiences with other companies.. We were so hesitant to do a remodel because it’s difficult to find someone who speaks highly of their renovation project and who would refer us to who they used. It was by chance that I found Next Stage via a google search and I am so grateful that we chose them to complete our extensive remodel. Our addition consisted of only an additional 180 sq. feet but the way the design team reconfigured our entire interior layout allowed for us to gain far more than square footage. My husband and I have talked extensively about what we love the most in our home now and it goes back to the original design layout that Next Stage came up with for our home. We are still living in only a 1,500+ sq. ft. home and yet we feel we have gained SO much space and functionality in our home. This design was everything to us and we cannot thank them enough. Lastly, the team at Next Stage is one of the greatest groups of people you could work with. Our home and our project was always a priority to them and their communication, dedication, and professionalism was exceptional. We entrusted them with a home we love and adore and they treated it as if it were their own. Each and every day I am so thankful for the place that I get to live in and call home. Working with NextStage to remodel our home was such a great experience. . They were able to accommodate our need to stay in our house during the remodeling and divided the scope into two phases without too much disruption from the construction. Even when ran into issues, NextStage team were always able to respond to our concerns and addressed them accordingly. The end result is our 1960 original fixer-upper becomes our dream home which is both beautiful and functional! I highly recommend their service!

Next Stage has done work for me for over a decade. Everything they have done has been beautiful and super well constructed. They have a great eye for design, will work with you on scope of every project. They document everything, stick to their schedules as much as one can with supply chain so wonky now. All their personnel are a pleasure to deal with. Not the cheapest option but you absolutely get what you pay for! Highly recommend.

We suffered water damage in our home after the storms of January & February 2023. Since we had used NextStage Design+Build for six projects of varying sizes before, we contacted them for help. Gary Frazier, Project Developer, patiently helped us define our project scope, which included repairs and improvements to our dining room ceiling as well as multiple electrical and lighting improvements in other rooms and outside trim repairs. This process involved several meetings, including some with subcontractors. Francesca Sabillo, Designer, designed a new tray ceiling with indirect lighting for our dining room. Once scope was defined, Gary worked with Tim Kistler, Project Manager, to finalize project costs and schedule to meet our hard end date. Once the project was underway, execution was crisp. Tim, with help from Chip Utley, was on top of every detail. Glenn Tirado, our lead remodeling specialist, assisted by his team, was fast and superb as always. The subcontractors, Brian Thompson Drywall and Bruckner Painting, both were outstanding, providing excellent work and attention to every detail. All workers on our job cleaned up at the end of each day. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget. We are thrilled with the results! Our new dining room ceiling is splendid, as are all the electrical and lighting improvements made in other rooms. The NextStage Design+Build team once again has provided an exemplary result for us. We recommend them highly!
