Aria arrived and had an air of arrogance. Each & every time I asked a question she looked at me with a 3-4 word reply with total disregard!! It’s hysterical because she acted and carried herself like she’s too good to explain. I am an Interoir Designer and she was the Rudest very unprofessional staying as she left “ I’m not interested either @.. after Ivaaic on no this don’t work…refusing to add me via email to the requested quote . . .hilarious! I’d give No stars based on this “ consult” that felt more like a challenge to her ego!

This place is a scam. They called and tried to get my address. And sent over someone that tried to make me sign and pay at the spot. After speaking to my attorney. He let me know this company is a scam and they take your money and never show.

They will not stop harassing you! I’ve told them multiple times that I’m NOT interested and I’ve blocked their number and I keep getting calls. When they first knocked at our door they said “we offer programs to help the community” at first I assume it was the many programs the city of Los Angeles has had for the city, in the past we’ve gotten a free door, free rain water barrels installed, free smoke and carbon dioxide alarms installed and have gotten our gas heater fixed and other small energy savings items at no cost. When I realized this wasn’t this kind of program I let them know there was a misunderstanding. The sales person was so rude and sarcastic when I told them I though it was one of those programs and he replied with “who would give stuff like that for free?” Well the city of los Angeles would, to actually help out low income residents and help the community. Please don’t waste your time with this company I see I’m not the only one that’s dealt with their harassments.

I have left multiple voicemail messages and three emails requesting a return phone call regarding warranty work for a leaky window. Three weeks later I have yet to receive any response whatsoever. My initial experience was excellent. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product (energy efficient windows) and workmanship. However, now that I have a minor issue I cannot get a call back. At least the remaining windows that I need to complete my home will go to another business.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only do they have high pressure sales tactics, make you sign an NDA regarding the price you paid, but then when you try to have work done with the Warranty, you don’t get a call back or they no-show your appointment to evaluate. This is the worst company ever!

Horrible company! Makes endless harassing cold calls looking for work. If you ask them to stop calling they get nasty and rude and still continue calling, even though I’m in n the National Do No Call list. This is criminal and today I have filed a formal complaint with the FTC. I urge everyone to file a complaint! These crooks need to be shut down.

My complaint with this company is their sales. I told them I don’t need any work to be done, but they keep calling and calling and calling.This company will call you for ever as long as your number is good. If you tell them to please remove U off their calling list they will not. Then their customer service people get nasty with you. I will not do business with this place ever again. Main office is no help!
