Horrible experience! They really don’t care about their work and are very unprofessional. They still owe me money they never reimbursed me after they said they would. It’s now a year later. Still nothing! Also, they never came back to do a paint touch up. Do not use this company they honestly don’t care!

Gloria and Trevor helped me every step of the way for a reconstruction project on my home after extensive water damage. They were very professional, courteous, and fairly priced. I would recommend them to family and friends.

BE CAREFUL. We initially tried to work with IAS Builders but were met with slow communication and a suspicious approach to handling insurance money. They proposed managing our insurance claim to relieve our stress, but this required us to sign over the check from USAA for restoring our drywall, paint, cabinets, and carpet. I wanted transparency on how the money would be spent, but they refused to provide details. The situation worsened when the owner’s wife called me, bad-mouthed us, and hung up after claiming she was the owner. Later, the actual owner, Pogo, called, very irat, yelling and suggesting we could cancel the contract by just paying the $1,000 deductible. I wanted to speak with the project manager first to ensure everyone was paid, especially since the drywall work had just begun after a three-week delay. We ended up paying a little over $3,000. However, Gloria from IAS then informed us about a $1,500 cancellation fee if we didn’t use their services. It is in fine print. After a discussion, she agreed to halve the fee if we gave them a five-star rating on various social media platforms based on our interaction with Gloria.. Although I complied, it felt wrong. After six months, I decided to share the truth: if you consider using IAS Builders, be cautious. Expect potential issues with insurance, project delays, and additional hassles. If your insurance company provides a check, oversee the spending yourself. Be your own general contractor to ensure transparency and quality. Our kitchen restoration took about nine weeks, and though we managed, it was far from the quick and quality work we had hoped for. Seek multiple estimates and prioritize quality over speed. We chose IAS based on a plumber’s recommendation, but in hindsight, we should have researched more thoroughly. Good luck in your Renovation. Gloria you still get 5 stars based on our interaction with you. Be suspicious of too many 5 star reviews on any place you look for reviews. If it seems too good to be true it probably is

Hired to do remediation work after a plumbing pipe burst in the wall. Work included new drywall, painting, and new floor installation. Work was done well and onsite employees were very polite and easy to communicate with. In-office staff is pretty ineffectual and the biggest downside was they are not capable of providing a proof of purchase for our flooring. We chose a specific product and design from a local business with a lifetime warranty, but IAS cannot/will not furnish any paperwork for us in case we have a warranty claim in the future. All they gave us was a paper that says “x amount square footage of flooring installed.” If anything happens to this flooring, how will we ever prove where/when it was purchased?? I also had requested a quote for installing a new electrical outlet in the kitchen and our project manager dropped the ball and never scheduled anyone to come out. It would have been incredibly helpful to have the same company that was already onsite and familiar with the worksite to do the project, but now we’re starting from zero to hire elsewhere.

This company has poor customer acAccommodations. After giving me appointment four weeks later bad business!! I made two appointments for my daughters house to get inspected for reconstruction rebuilding for tree that fell on the house and I had to reschedule and this company was very rude. Didn’t know the reason why we needed to reschedule but the girl there said she could not do the job t. I’m gonna report them to the state contractors board not knowing that my daughter had Covid they refused to to do an estimate because I had to reschedule twice.

I wanted to give a shout out to Niko Lipsey with IAS Builders. I reached out to IAS after having a flood at my property. Niko was assigned to my job, for the moment we met at the property I knew I was in good hands. We walked the property and discussed many options for repairs. Niko provided me the best options for the build back and we moved forward. He was very communicative through out the entire process which helped ease the stress I was feeling. The end result was better than I anticipated and I am very happy on how it looks. Thank you Niko for all your hard work and making a not so pleasant flood experience a pleasant outcome.

When having work done on our home, the most important things to us are quality of work, communication, and punctuality. IAS Builders excelled in these areas when we hired them for reconstruction projects due to water leaks. The first time, it was covered by insurance, and Trevor said we would not need to talk to insurance at all during the whole process, and we didn’t! The work was done on time, and there was excellent communication throughout. The reconstruction was seamless, and the experience made us contact IAS Builders again when we had another leak that was unfortunately not covered by insurance. Trevor handled everything as before, and knowing that we were paying out of pocket this time, he gave us options to reduce the cost. For example, we could choose not to completely repaint the continuous area stretching from the repair. After deciding the scope of the repairs, their work again was seamless. They are a very efficient and well-coordinated company, and It’s nice that they’ve invested in technology so that clients can sign agreements digitally as well. For any future project, we will definitely give IAS Builders a call!

IAS builders did a great job taking care of our wallboarding and painting needs after some water damage. Niko was a very attentive project manager, answering all our questions and making sure all the details were to our liking. He also kept to the agreed timelines and got the job done quickly so we could put the disruption behinds us asap.
