Absolutely one of the best companies in this area for his industry. We had some commercial work performed at our retail store, David and his crew went above and beyond. The work was preformed in a timely manner, under budget and absolutely beautiful custom wood work. Would recommend this company time and time again. He will be my go to company in the future!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES!!! We hired D&B to remodel a home in Cleveland that they supplied a detailed estimate for us as well as a 10 week time line (we are now 8 weeks PAST DUE)…the total cost of the project was $62k. David (D&B) received 30% upfront just to get started and from week 1 there were requests for change orders…no problem. We had exterior work that was quoted for 23k TOTAL (siding, soffits, railings, gutters, exterior doors, small roofing repairs) and we were told that the second draw of an additional 30% was due as the siding contractor would not start until fully paid…well we paid…total of 62% of the project value and then the excuses began…first the siding contractor had COVID…then the painter and subs lost trades…after 2 weeks of radio silence we finally get a photo at 1/3 of the siding completed, carpets installed and a mud and paint job that was so bad my 5 year old would have done a better job….when called out for the GARBAGE job and asked to fix it we were ghosted…not a peep other than to let us know David is “away for the long weekend” (At least I know where my money went) and David “has a family emergency”. After nearly 6 weeks we get a photo of completed siding…still no fixes to the paint, no exterior doors, to gutters, no roof repairs (all of which was PREPAID AS PER DAVID’s demands). So all in all I would say roughly 20k worth of work was complete for $38k in payments…no communications nothing…TOTAL CRIMINALS. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS…the work is garbage, they don’t communicate, and unless you have the time and desire to stand over them and babysit your job will NEVER get done but your money will be well spent on everything that isn’t your project

David came highly recommended from a good friend, he showed up on time, got our drywall up and cleaned up before he left. Now I have the difficult decision of picking out tile for our bathroom- david gave some very helpful information on the different types of tile that I’m looking at. I’m excited to have him back to install the tile. If you want outstanding service and great quality, D & B Building & Construction is the team for you.

Great attention to detail, Had a bathroom remodeled and hired D&B to do the work. Really happy with how it all turned out! I’ll be using him again for the rest of my house.
