Paul Davis Restoration visited the condo right away, to assess the water damage from the leaking AC unit. After Chris Saur was on site, he promptly sent in the remediation and repair proposal to State Farm for approval. Overall, Chris was responsive, helpful and patient throughout this process. I could not recommend Chris and the Paul Davis team more highly!

Paul Davis Restoration was recommended by my insurance agent, and they were fantastic: Tina was my first contact, on the phone and she had Giovanni & crew at my home, less than 2 hours later, and Sergio did a final inspection, a few days later. Everyone was so helpful, respectful and super hardworking, taking charge to quickly cleanup our damaging basement flood…thank you! (10/2023) 3/2024: Paul Davis Restoration just completed the repairs, painting and carpeting of my flooded basement, and it has never looked better! Everything was done in 9 days, no detail was overlooked, and I am extremely pleased….I even thanked my insurance company for their immediate referral on the day of the loss, and they were happy to hear such positive feedback. Thank you Paul Davis, I look forward to highly recommending you to anyone in need of your services!

Please do not use this company they cheat the home owner and insurance companies! The owner Mark is a scam artist and so his manager Wendy, they claimed they clean items in your house they bill you for work not ever done! Total scam!

Paul Davis Restoration came promptly to dry out our basement floor after water came through our crawl space. Chris Saur was very helpful in sending the remediation proposal quickly. His recommendation of a contractor to replace the basement floor was excellent.

Paul Davis was punctual , courteous, professional and communicated well with us. Tina kept us in the loop with what to expect each day. Sergio greeted us with a smile and a handshake and always let us know when they were coming and going. Sergio and his team did outstanding work.
