Top Notch Construction, LLC 2 years agoI had 4 contracts with Shane, one for cabinet assembly, 1 for tile floor installation, 1 for finish carpentry and 1 for landscape work. All were supposed to happen in the first couple months of 2021. The quality of the work was good, but getting people there was hard. The cabinets were supposed to take 4 days and took 2 months. I had to hire someone else to finish the floor tile when he fired his tilers. The finish carpentry took twice as long as it was supposed to and a few things were left unfinished. The worst was the landscape. I was stupid and gave hime a deposit of $3500 . He never did any of the work and though he promised he never refunded me my deposit.

Stell’s Property Services 3 months agoAs a general contractor, working with a new to you business to help complete repairs and remodels can be a daunting experience. It often takes a long time or a few complex projects to build a truly good relationship and trust that business to do all they agree to in the beginning. Imagine my surprise when working with Ryan of Stell’s Property Service was not only incredibly easy, but the end result was even more amazing than promised. From start to finish, Ryan and his crew showed up, they were on time, they listened to my concerns, provided options – not only for the scope of work, but the overall cost – and put great effort into making sure our job site ran safely and smoothly; not just for me, but also for the customer. Ryan is a leader and an effective communicator with a creative eye for detail and design. I received a lot of compliments from my customer on the quality of service and reliability from Stell Property Services and I can’t thank Ryan enough for his impact on my project. I highly recommend them for siding, carpentry, paint, window/ glass work and many other trades and I hope I get to work with them again in the near future!

From the inquiry to the on-site individuals, there was communication, helpful suggestions, and all-around goodwill conveyed. NRP goes above and beyond the scope of work and stays alert to elements of your project that may need to be clarified to the remodeling layperson. MDS Construction Inc 5 years agoI got a referral for this company. I was little skeptical to start off but these guys just blew past our expectations. I worked with David and Yolanda Saucedo. They were professional in approach and so thorough at their work. Yolanda was very professional in scheduling and inspections. David went above and beyond the requirements of our project and made sure things were fixed right the first time. I was waiting to write this review for last 2 weeks and I am glad I finally did it. Thanks a lot MDS for making our home beautiful and remodeling work easy.

M&M Acoustics and Drywall LLC 7 months agoI am very happy with the work that Miguel and his team did in my house, it was a very reasonable price and the work was done very quickly, more than I expected, super clean and safe for my children and pets, we did not have to leave the house since they do not use any toxic materials and they covered everything very well so as not to dust my furniture. Thank you very much M&M I will definitely contact you again on my next project.
