It’s a big deal to partner with a general contractor on something as expensive and personal as a major remodel, and Branch Brothers understands this. I’m a single, working mom, and I selected Branch Brothers to convert an over-the-garage game room into a revenue-generating, one-bedroom apartment. I am as satisfied with the the apartment as I am with the process of getting across the finish line with owner Yod and his team. I was especially pleased with the communication along the way. Yod is a good listener who quickly replied to my texts and calls even and showed attentiveness to my needs and concerns. I always felt like I mattered. The crew clearly reflects these values and works well together. Whoever was on site, I felt they understood the scope of the job and the importance of it to me as the client. Everyone showed a personal commitment to the project’s success. This level of service didn’t end as the job wrapped up. Even as Yod and his crew moved on to other major projects, and I prepared the unit for occupancy, he remained available and responsive as the numerous small concerns – inevitable with a project of this scale – trickled in. His commitment to see the job through to the last, tiny detail really set him apart. For their quality work, excellent communication, and follow-though to the very end, I’m happy to recommend the entire crew at Branch Brothers for construction jobs large and small.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with the Branch Brothers Construction company. We hired them to complete an addition to our home in River West and couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and care taken by Yod and his crew. The Branch Brothers crew built a master bedroom addition and did a kitchen remodel for us. Yod and the crew did wonderful work and were very easy to have around during the months of work. We are especially pleased with how the 70s kitchen remodel has turned out. Through all of the unexpected issues and inevitable delays, Yod was steady, reliable, and calm. He is a fantastic problem solver and creative thinker. The people that work with him have a great work ethic.

These guys fixed a sagging floor on my 1930s house, and I was very impressed with them. They were pleasant to me and kind to my annoying dogs, worked efficiently, and came in well under their budgetary estimate. I would trust them with any of my future construction needs!

Yod and his team did interior updates at our home in Bend and I can’t recommend him enough. Yod is thorough, thoughtful and talented and so is his team and subs. Not only did Yod oversee transforming our kitchen from heavy and dark to light, bright and beautiful, he also customized floating shelves in our living room that transformed the space. He thoughtfully ensured the shelves were finished to tie in with our dining table and did other custom touches that brought our home all together. Yod has an eye for detail that makes his work so special. Thank you, Yod!

We love our new spaces that Yod, Kyle, Troy, Jeff, Chuck, and Spencer created for us. Their attention to detail and attentiveness to our vision made living through construction all worth it as the end result is totally phenomenal! Our outdoor pavilion area is not only solving our decades long drainage issues, but has provided a sanctuary during COVID times, enabling us to spend time outside at a distance with friends and family. Our greenhouse is just an absolute dream and we learned so much through the process of working with Yod to build it. The crew also added a beautiful new entry to the front of our house as well and built us a new gate. They can do it all!

They built the framing and siding of our new home. His crew had great attitudes and great craftsmanship. Yod was on point from beginning to end. I am truly grateful for the integrity of their character and how they collaborated on getting the job done correctly, it showed in the end product. We are extremely happy with our results. We will be contracting out again with them for the building of our shop. With future projects after the shop, we would hire them in a heartbeat.
