TruCoat Refinishing LLC a month agoOne star. The price was good, and he was scheduled that same week to come out. 3 reappointments later and 2 days I took off work for this, for nothing. Did explain in messages why he wasn’t coming. All things not in his control. (Bad luck?) 1 time I understand. But 3? If you’re not ready for appointments, be upfront and honest. Don’t waste my time and especially my work time. Money don’t grow on trees. Did promise a warranty on his work and said he’s been doing this for 10+ years. He does it as a side job on his off days. Maybe he does good work, but I wouldn’t know. It’s frustrating when you need a job done, but you can’t seem to get them in the door…..

Nelrock Contracting 2 weeks agoMatt completed our home project and it turned out GREAT. His team did excellent work. Matt did everything he said he would do and it’s refreshing to do business with reputable people like Matt Nelson at NelRock Contracting. By the way my roof had a sag that was there pretty much when they built our house. I couldn’t stand another day pulling into my drive and looking at that ugly sag. Matts team performed the necessary construction to eliminate the sag and the roof looks GREAT!!! All this after another large roofing contractor (bench mark) refused to put in writing that they would eliminate sag. They didn’t have the capacity to complete this type of construction. Thank goodness I found NelRock Contracting. Thanks again Matt.
