I was very excited to use a local company for a pergola. Two appointments and two no shows later I am now looking elsewhere. Whoever I spoke with about the initial no show seemed very apologetic but then it happened again. (To the below comment) I have zero missed messages from you or any number yesterday. I was home, waiting like we discussed at 1pm.

Dennis and his crew did a complete kitchen remodeling about 7 years ago. They did an awesome job with no surprises! They also did an outdoor kitchen about 10 years ago. Still looks like new. I would highly recommend Cypress Creek!!! A+++

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Cypress Creek Outdoors from start to finish. The owner, Dennis was the main point of contact the entire time, he communicated with us every step of the way and was so responsive. The quality of service we received from his foreman, Adam, was exceptional! He was so kind and personable. He was dedicated to the company’s reputation to get the job done, he would stop by on weekends and even on holidays to drop things off so they’d be prepared for their next step. The working crews were always kind, hard working, and always cleaned up after themselves and never left the job site looking unkept. We just couldn’t be happier with the quality of service we received. The pool is absolutely beautiful! Dennis took into consideration the size of our family and the size of our yard to design a unique pool just for us! The entire process was customized to us. We love our pool it turned out beautiful! We will always recommend to others and use ourselves, Cypress Creek Outdoors for any of our future outdoor projects!!

Dennis and his crew were extremely professional and did a superb job and exceeded my expectations. My installation was on time and completed in a short amount of time. Given the supply chain issues, I was able to get this done very quickly. You cannot go wrong with this company. I would not hesitate to use Cypress Creek Outdoors again!

We had our kitchen completely remodeled by Cypress Creek and couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Denise met with us to get our “wish list”, took measurements and gave us a layout and cost in a timely manner. The schedule she gave us for delivery was spot on and install was done on date specified. The installers were professional, talented and personable. Denise was hands-on in all phases of the remodeling process and was always easy to contact through text. Her knowledge of her products is outstanding. Time is money right, mine is too. Called and made an appointment to get an estimate on what would have been a sizable job. Provided my information stated I had some vision boards and looking forward to meeting and consulting with their firm. Appointment was 2PM, at 2:20 nobody, no call. I called to inquire on what time can I expect someone and instead got a overwhelmed woman on the phone stating she was out of town and there was an issue with a truck putting everyone behind. I asked Her why no calls had been placed to notify potential clients who are currently waiting for them to show up that there would be a delay. Turns out she never put my information into whatever system they use and therefore, there never was an appointment schedule for me and nobody would be coming. 😂. I had to reiterate and repeat this back to the very stressed woman just to make sure I heard her right. I’m an understanding person, we have small businesses but the most important thing is excellent customer service. This experience was an Epic Fail.
